Major disadvantage is the tourism. Even now in April. Getting in town by car should be allowed only to residents. Others would have to walk a bit. The beauty is swollen by endless traffic.

This is a trend that we are seeing, the most creative and explorative discover new beautiful places which inspire them to create and show the world the beauty. Slowly these places attract more and more attention. Alongside locals and foreigners new homes, hotels and restaurants are created. There are so many individual stories that weave this village together. Yes it is very different to how it was and a positive part of what we see within this are passionate people looking to preserve and conserve this beautiful coast line.

Garages count as part of your buildable allocation for the plot and due to island restrictions most people opt for more living spaces than a place for their cars. Hi Tim, i have watched a lot of your home tours, which are gorgeous. I absolutely loved the 3 tours of the island you have done. I can't find a West Coast of Ibiza one? Is there one or are you going to be doing another one in the near future? Thanks and keep these lovely videos coming. I am becoming a frequent visitor as the island is now on my radar, to possibly move to when I retire in the next few years.
