Hi My wife got spouse visa in December 2019 which is for 2.5 years and left uk for 5 days in 2020 august then applied for a new extension spouse visa which is another 2.5 years until December 2024, last year April 2023 until September 2023 which was 165 days outside of the uk so in the 5 years it a total of 170 days outside of the uk, does the 180 days mean the whole of 5 years? Would she be able to go outside of the uk only for 10 days left until the end of this year?

Hi, does switching from a Skilled Worker visa to a Dependant visa (Skilled Worker) and then to a Global Talent visa allow me to count my time on the Skilled Worker visa towards ILR, or does the Dependant visa break the continuity?
