hey justin. for the second trade, what gave u such confidence to enter at market without any displacement or retracement into a LTF PDA? I struggle with these type of market entries as I usually use limit orders inside a FVG/OB, and i'm not sure how to gain the proper knowledge/confidence to enter like you did at the second trade as I would have waited for a displacement and a retracement back into a FVG to enter, which didn't happen in that trade. Would you classify that trade as a discretionary or mechanical one? Thanks alot :)

dao day 9 managed my emotions well in NQ sell off today. I "thought" my exit was there but price continued to fall. A bit bothered but it is what it is, just gonna fall back and not get greedy/ stay present I caught myself in a couple of thought loops thinking about projected profits/performance but all that doesnt matter if i cant execute my plan in the present moment.

Tao Day 8. I got an early win which was on plan, but then went into waiting mode. And like Monday, I again missed some good opps while I took a break. But this time I did not try to make up for it, I just kept observing. And did not take any more trades, the opps did not present. I continue to work on patience, and also trying to reduce my time on the charts!

I've been revenge trading but I've had enough, today I waited for a reversal from equilibrium, displacement, breaker+fvg sellside was taken it was A+++ setup I had so much conviction, however I was stopped out, reentered on the next fvg stopped again, my stops were too tight but I stepped away after 2 trades 😊
