Great video, took me a little while but it finally worked, the second controller showed up, but it didn't the second time and it did the 3rd time and finally worked 👍

I found a solution without having to use another controller. Simply turn on your PS4 and then press and hold the power button until you hear the second beep and then release it. This will force the PS4 to turn off. Now you can start the PS4 via the cable.

What about if you don’t have another controller?
