I love the sested leg curl. Something so simple that every home gym should have but yet none of them do. Could you do a seated cable shoulder press with this machine?
Good Afternoon Noon Dr. James, good job on your videos. I understand you don’t want to recommend a certain model based on nominal differences. At the end of the day, some variances are definite deal breakers due to real daily application. Im thinking, the AXT4 solid swivel bars would give you more of an even stretch as opposed to the axt3 and sxt variances. I have an option to get an sxt550 or axt4, both with a leg press. Which one do you think is better and better applicable, swivel bar or straight cables? Thank you in advance, Dr.

This compared to the Bowflex Revolution. Same price and this machine is 100% better. Same size and whats better about this is the weight stack. Instead of the resistance that Bowflex uses as it's weights. 100% wortth the money.
I just listened to a 15 minute sermon talking about being healthy and what to eat. There was not one scripture reference regarding food and not one scripture reference that backed up his claim that we should not eat meat.
