Do you know why? Not only do they use preservatives that are terrible for you, but they also replace the water that would traditionally be in bakery bread and use sugar and fat instead. That's why they'll last forever- bc sugar will. If you have time time, it's very worth making homemade bread and its a lot easier than most think. The extent storebought bread spikes your blood sugar is insane and leads to tons of metabolic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and new research shows even cancer. Be very suspicious of processed foods.
