Blackout is such a good album by Scorpions it was so underrated when it came out I can understand music industry during the 1980s was dominanted by so many bands coming out of Rock/Metal genre.
I listened to the first few tracks after buying this album new and was not impressed,, until I heard this song.. After just recently breaking up with my girlfriend,, this song hit home.. I played it over and over again on my record player.. I had a rule to never pick up the needle when a song had started, so I had to listen to "Into the Void" many times.. The Ultimate hard rock, heavy metal song ever.. This was all before their "Vol 4" album came out.. This will always be my memory of my introduction to the greatest band of all time,, the band "I sold my soul for their rock and roll", the band I still think is the greatest over 50 years later..
I am here! My father listened to this tape (master of reality) in the car over and over again in the 80s, I love it have an appreciation for good music (I was born) and that's why we're here

That main riff is the same as - I Can See for Miles by The Who. Just sped up obviously. Rob Flynns cover is about the same speed as when The Who did it. All great songs!

No disrespect to Ozzy, he’s an absolute legend, but I think I actually prefer Dio Sabbath to Ozzy Sabbath. It’s close though. A lot of their more memorable songs like “Iron Man,” “War Pigs,” and “Paranoid” were with Ozzy, but the musicianship displayed in the “Heaven and Hell” and “Mob Rules” albums is top notch. Masterpieces from start to finish.
My favorite Rainbow song! Got front row photos of this tour with Bonnet, Glover, at Dane County Coliseum, Madison, Wisconsin. I would have the pleasure of opening up with my Milwaukee band “Blacklist” for Alcatraz at Milwaukees Summerfest. Loved Graham’s voice and had a beer with him backstage before the show talking about this song and the MSG group!
