Thank you for the tutorial... but I have a few noob questions: do I just put the .php file in the public_html? And would I access the database if it's not on localhost (I'm just trying to upload it to CPanel)
Will the phpmyadmin site allow me to view the data collected? For instance 50 people click on option A, 30 option B, 70 option C in a manner that displays 50, 30, 70. Tried doing something similar many years ago but uncertain how i could've viewed the data. While I can always create a form that submits to email...going through 150 emails to then add them up manually to put into excel...way too time consuming. Also...if I collect zip code...will it be presented through the site you're using.
