Actually love both. The Dokdo 1025 Toner has lighter and runny texture which is refreshing and soothing especially on hot and humid days. Oily skin ll definitely love this toner. Birch moisturizing toner has slightly viscous texture, very hydrating and nourishing for much dryer and sensitive skin.

If you are living in a cold location and having a dry and sensitive skin you can use it in the morning. For people with oily skin is best use it as a night treatment due to the richness of the cream.
