I'm very impressed with these boats and I may be buying one soon. My boss recently bought one from you and he loves it and he demonstrated how to inflate and deflate it and man his model reduces down to a very compact unit .
I would love to know the full cost of this package, including the engine and all improvements made to the boat. Thank you so much, you did an amazing job!!
@@pallasxo8222 it’s all part of the adventure. That was nothing! We’ve done that run in February with 40 km/hr winds and 6 ft waves in the lake crossing. Little rain doesn’t scare us away, just isn’t ideal for filming 😎💯⚓️
Hey this is a sweet video and great boat. Does this boat come with oar locks to be able to row back downstream for fishing? In the kootenays I’m looking for a bull trout hunting rig.
Beautiful, beautiful great video. Wow I’ve been up at pit Lake not for a long time but it’s such a beautiful clean area. Thank you so much for sharing all this. Yes wild ride.
Beautiful boat and amazing craftsmanship... As kids, "WE LOVED" going out on the dinghy, and getting away!!! Going on a small adventure's Thank you for your hard work!
@@Fwatson757 it can certainly be manipulated no problem with a one guy. I don’t direct lift anything often, but I do tip it on edge and roll it into the back of my truck or tip it on edge and roll it into the boat.
I would love to see a video like this comparing the Pro 380 and Pro 420 sizes beside each other. Really wanting the 420 but worried just how big/heavy it is compared to the 380. I've watched a tonne of your videos but still find it hard to gauge just how much more space you get in and out of the 420 when it comes to the additional room you get vs the weights listed in the spec sheets.
This is helpful, thanks! I’m contemplating a LX380 and would like to haul it on the tonneau cover over my short bed full size pickup (5’-7” long). The cover is rated at 400 lb evenly distributed, so I should be ok there. I’m thinking I need to use a truck bed extender, adapted to the height of my cover to handle the long overhang (maybe even some trailer lights installed on the extender), but I’m not sure how I would secure the front end of the boat. I don’t want ratchet straps over the sides as they would probably scratch my truck. I’d love to see how people are hauling a 3.8m boat on top of a tonneau cover! Thanks.
@@donsissons7138 We do this all the time. Personally, I use a tonneau cover roughly 75% of the time and a sled deck 25% of the time. With the tunnel cover, I have a couple pieces of 2 x 6 that are the exact width of my box and I use those just as an additional support for the cover. There is probably 20 to 30 pounds of weight on the cover overall this way. For tiedown points, I installed truck bed rail, tiedown points, which are perfect for this application. Most truck beds have 4 to 6 locations that can take these parts available from Amazon. You just remove the plastic cap in the liner and drop these in and tighten them up.
@@StrykerInflatableBoats I appreciate the response! This is encouraging, and makes sense. I’d love to see pictures of this setup - just to get a better sense of the overhang and the details. Your videos are great! Keep up the good work!
