Ok so on a brodix br7 ls7 head with ls7 1.8 rockers. Cam is a cam motion low lash solid roller. .711/.702 lift. They recommend a pac 1238x spring. Those springs say 1.800 install height. Would you install them at 1.800 or would you like to see them put in at something different????
Besides fuel & timing issues, which are a huge part of breakage! People need to understand that stock parts, even reworked, were never meant to withstand double, triple or more power that they made originally! Also that just because they are running methanol, does mean you can’t detonate it! Detonating destroys the best parts! There’s nothing that deals with that!
If you can't afford to build 2 or 3 bad to the bone engines tomorrow, then your not ready to build the 1st one. Anything can happen at anytime and 99.9% of the time its not the builders fault.
Love that Galaxy !! So aggressive for most of these guys as they stage, that is a lot of weight and counter directional rocking of the cars, depending on the lights most broke traction on launch. Let the car settle guys. You can see the ones that do settle generally have a much better launch.
