All entrepreneurs know it's a grow or die business climate. To ensure you maintain growth regardless of the state of the economy you need a sound business growth strategy that is regularly evaluated and updated according to current conditions. If you'd like to run your growth strategy by someone who's been in the trenches a long time, I'd be happy to help. brian@goodwolfpartners.net
Good on you, Brian. Scanning the sub-topics I thought this would be too basic a video, however upon listening you really drove the message home. 4 areas- since 95%+ of people do not do all 4, then over time you'll rise and be sought after.
"To obtain financial freedom, one must be either a business owner, an investor, or both, generating passive income, particularly on a monthly basis." - Robert Kiyosaki. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, got a new business my wife is managing, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made
I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in.I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.?
uunderstanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Regina Louise Collaro, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm. I must say that my financial journey has been exceptional under her guidance. Regina is widely recognized for her excellent services, so you may already be familiar with her. Thanks to her expertise, I have achieved financial stability and now earn a consistent monthly income through her passive income strategy.
That’s great lawrence , your investment advisor must be really good,I have seen testimonies of people using the help of investment advisors in making them more financial stable. Do you mind sharing more info on this person?
She is easy to find , make a quick research of her on the internet with her name Regina Louise Collaro and leave her a message. I believe sh works with anyone independent of their location.
Thank you for talking about your financial consultant. I will definitely look her up and try to get in touch with her. I have realized that relying solely on RU-vid videos and attempting to manage my finances on my own hasn't been very effective.
I’ll tell you something interesting. The U.S. government has placed the American economy in lockdown. They’ve made it very difficult to start a small business, because any factory in India or China is allowed to ship products to the United States for free. But if you want to ship products within the United States, you have to pay. So how can American business compete against foreign companies who get free shipping? They can’t. It’s impossible. The bankruptcy of working-class America is deliberate, and pre-planned.
I can't argue with you on this. The only suggestion I can offer is learn everything you can about how the game is rigged against you and figure out a way around it.
This may not be a direct comparison, but I know of businesses in the past that had big box stores coming to their area. Rather than fold their tents they figured out ways to add value for their customers and actually flourished. There's always a possibility.
@@brian_silverthorn You are absolutely correct. Smart hardworking people almost always succeed. But personal effort is only half the story. As citizens, we trust and depend on our leadership, just as children trust and depend on their parents. In both cases, it’s supposed to be reciprocal moral love. When we go to church on Sunday, we’re celebrating that love. Do you remember listening to a rousing sermon, and then singing “Rock of Ages”? Maybe you don’t. People loved that religious style so much that they would attend week-long church revival-meetings with lots of fun singing, and dancing, and preaching. Woodstock. But without the drugs and communists. Sadly, nobody celebrates “love” at Church anymore. There’s no enthusiastic preacher, cheering you-on. Instead, what they call “Church” is now a rock band. That’s all. This happened because our government isn’t trustworthy or capable of providing any kind of leadership, or love. So they don’t want our barren emotional landscape to be exposed by genuine Christians. Rock of ages is racist! And love is tax money! Don’t you love Africa? You had better. Or the lovely I.R.S. will put you in jail. So just be silent, sad, and afraid. That’s the new America. The issue is this: Can good Christians use force to restore moral order? I say “Yes”. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition. America has been captured by evil men who wish us harm. The deliberate and open attempt to destroy our economy with endless immigration, and endless importation of foreign-made goods is no accident. It’s murder in slow motion. Planned and carried out by our own government. Ugly people who claim to claim to love us. So if you ask me, the idea of reciprocal moral love is a double-edged sword. Love is caring for those mean well. And death for those don’t. Real Christians frighten the Police, and the Pentagon, and Washington. What if moral order gets restored? No more free lunch for Washington office ladies, or black freeloaders, or fake heroes with an Army uniform.
Many business owners are overly verbal! We can't hold employees accountable for a policy that doesn't physically exist. We can't hold them accountable to an SOP that doesn't physically exist. Get things written down to avoid hearing “you never told me that”. It's surprising if you train employees the right way the first time, they remember it and they stick to it. If your standards and expectations keep changing, your employees will just do what they think is best. SOPs provide both YOU and your staff the discipline to stay consistent with how things are done! Stop answering employee questions - refer them to the SOP. If the SOP does not exist, ask the employee to create one for you. Your team can only follow the instructions as you present them - take more time to think through what you want them to do before you assign it.
Excellent comment Dave. Thanks for helping make the point. Written communication that memorializes policies and process, or as you call SOP, is extremely important. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
I don't know how much you hear this, but your content is golden. I'm 22 myself trying to find an industry I want to pursue and your content is priceless to getting there and beyond. Keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot for your time Brian. I am impressed with your work, especially your videos part 1 and part 2 produced 11 years ago. I learned a great deal from you. Thanks again for sharing. I wish you greater health and happiness! Oeurn, from Cambodia.

Awesome information Brian! I have run a business for six years now and I am finding out Cash Flow Management is key for smart growth. My concentration for our growth so far has always been sales, marketing, and product development. In order to truly grow I must have a good cash flow management system in place. Thanks again!
You're very welcome. You have to take care of the money. Optimizing every component of your business makes that much easier. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
I'm not sure what you mean by safest. Crime free? Lot's of potential clients so the risk of failure is low making it a safe investment? A lot of things need to be considered. I wish I had a good answer for you.
@@brian_silverthorn Sorry I didn't really specify...like I live in San Francisco, and it's gotten very difficult for small business owners due to street crime. I'm trying to understand if there are safer(from a physical wellness perspective) places to try to run a small business from than here.
@@thefartstarver35 I don't know your business, but anyplace that has the population needed to support your business and a low crime rate. If you want to stay in California, you may have to move to a safer town. Many folks I know have moved their jobs or their businesses to different states. You have a tough decision to make. I wish you the best.
Salute to you sir for putting great content on RU-vid! You have greatly used and people are being blessed with what you’ve posted. I look forward to utilizing the info for my small businesses. Thank you for this resourceful information and God Bless.
