Yep, you can use lemon or lime. You can put it on before a shower, leave it on for a few minutes then wash it off. You’ll stay nice and fresh for the rest of the day
So cut the lemon in half. Squeeze a few drops onto your hand. Rub hands together and apply to pits. Leave half lemons in fridge. 1 lemon will last a week. Don't bother with plastic bottles.
I'm watching while pure lemon juice in my underarms now (I'm using it as a lightning mask) and noticed that my odour completely gone ! (I'm using it pre-showering to save my skin from burning or itching.. I feel nothing)

I AGREE we should only eat animal protein once in awhile and people overdo it... I admire the raw foodist, they look like the picture of HEALTH... But I personally think a few eggs plus tuna fish especially or any other kind of fish.. An abundance of fruits & Veggies ✅

I liked watching your video. I just started drinking smoothies 1 weeks ago. I love them so much. I have the Ninja 1500 watt blender and it is very powerful. I want it to last a long time so I make sure that I don’t over stuff it. I also learned from u-tube from professionals that it is important to put the water and the frozen fruit at the bottom of the blender. Enjoy your smoothies!

Omg, thank you for letting me know I’m not alone. Everything you’ve said is what I’m dealing with right now today. Had locs for 10+ years middle started thinning and spreading. Up style all the time my sides started thinning and middle was spreading. So I did the big chop. Did the clue add on pieces but that’s not who I am. So to the dermatologist I went. He looked at my head for all of a second and recommended soap and topical drops and supplements. My hair is doing exactly what you said. It growing and falling at the same time. I was scared to do the boy cut me being lesbian I didn’t want ppl to think I’m cutting my hair on some man kick but as I’m expressing my reasons my lover and real friends assured me that who I think ppl may see is not who I am. Since my appt I’ve been wearing turbans. They are getting the job done for work and outings however I still don’t feel my confident self. So I’m ready to shave it all off and be my free loving self. My follow up appointment is next week and I feel a shave coming. Again thank you for this video.
This video is so satisfying. I’m dealing with Alopecia and I have my hair cut short but I don’t like the cut because it’s uneven and my scalp needs to breathe without products on it. So this will be me on Thursday❤❤❤
As a tip for everyone, you can mix this with some warm water to keep the scent but reduce the acidity. Cold water I think works too but I know things diffuse better in warm water but maybe I'm wrong and cold water works just as good or even better. Make sure the water isn't hot though, just warm enough to drink a whole cup of without discomfort (excluding taste of course, just temperature speaking).
