No no no, this is NOT a unique vessel. Not even close. It is just a knock off! The ingenious design of Steve and Linda Dashew came more than a decade earlier. How can this be ignored over and over again? Thumbs down
Thank you for the presentation. Great looking yacht. Reminds me of a Dashew FPB and now the Arnsen, with utility on the outside, and cozy simplicity on the inside.
8 knots??????? The vessel better come with a gun. Because a 8 knots you are going to want to shoot yourself due to the boredom. 8 knots is like watching paint dry.
@@bigbopper143 you people create these silly scenarios and when asked a simple question you just laugh it off. how is a a simple foil anymore of a danger than anything else underneath a boat going 44 knots. especially since a foil at that speed lifts the boat 6 inches higher than it would normally be without it?
Most foils have a breakaway ability in the event of striking an object. You'll be replacing the expensive foil, of course, but better that than a hole in the hull.
You should really have a decent line a attached to bow and stern do that you can properly secure the boat to the jetty. Just as well the wind wasn’t blowing in the video otherwise the stern might well be perpendicular to the jetty with no way of hauling it in!
