In the video, you said about the raptor that it runs amazing at the higher rpm's after 2nd gear. You might have to adjust your left carb that's the carb that controls the idle to half throttle
I played with the mixture screws time and time again, same results. I've came to the conclusion my jets were not letting enough fuel in. She's in the shop now getting the correct jets and then I'll post an update.
I love my 660 I fixed it up and will never get Reid of it a 2001 love it and I got a 1991 Yamaha blaster 200 cc and fun love it too never get Reid of it classics keep them people they don’t make it like they used too

Cool man. I'm doing an 87 Suzuki LT 250R and a few others. I feel your pain with the lights and editing stuff. It's a ton of money and work to be able to create this stuff. Glad I found your channel.

@@fearless1931 I've never had a problem with mine they have been in carbs since around 2001 or 2002 installed them with big gun race series head pipe and big gun race series exhaust have never touched either one since
You should’ve just bought LED lights and installed them into the stock headlights it would’ve looked a lot better I did that to mine my raptor 700 and it’s crazy bright black and red my favorite color that Raptor looks beautiful
The mounts on stock lights broke or I would have done something like that. Tested out headlights riding last night and they are bright af lol thanks man!!

Same shit happened to me, I wanted the Intimidator bumper but they were on backorder so I ordered the blacked out M2 bumper from Alba Racing for my Raptor 660 build and the bumper was crooked just like that. They tried to send me a free T-shirt and a koozie & some stickers if I kept it but I was like hell nah, I got $1,000 in powder coat & that crooked ass bumper would drive me crazy everytime I look at it😂. They did take it back and do me right tho. I do recommend their +2 A arms though, I didn't have any issues with them. Did you have any fitment issues with their nerf bars? I'm getting the same ones with blue nets probably.
I bought same bumper again, 3rd Intimidator I bought, and it was crooked. I ended up using a piece of pipe and making it straight lol I don’t think Alba has quality control. I have Alba +2 arms up front and I haven’t had any issues there. Nerf bars are great expect they shorted me a clamp, need to get with them and have them send me one. Thanks for watching! I finally finished this quad up this week, taking it out for pics today and video coming soon.
@@fearless1931 thanks for the response man, that's a bummer about the bumpers. I'm gonna get their nerf bars but I'll probably skip out on another bumper from them then lol. I'll be looking for the video🤘.
Your Raptor looks really nice, may I ask how you find all the parts? I live in Europe and parts are so difficult to come by here, and also what brand is the a-arms? Also how much wider is it in the front and back from the original? Great videos :) keep them coming.
Thanks Kevin, much appreciated! Parts are getting hard to come by for 660’s. eBay has been key for a lot, if I didn’t find them there I would go to google and start searching honestly. The A-arms are from Alba Racing. The front is 2 inches wider, the rear is a total of 6 inches wider and 2 inches longer than factory. The rear is all from Lonestar Racing. Thanks for watching!!
Nice dude I got one a few months ago with some issues (great deal) still working on it but finally rideable and usable lol damn carb was a bitch. Yours is looking great man keep it up 👍🏼
@Fearless 1 thanks dude it definitely looks alot different than when I got it. I could have been done but I like to upgrade way to much shit lol. Are the A arms the plus 2 that are like 200 on Amazon and eBay? If they are how are they holding up? Been really considering a set.
