There is no drone at all weirdly enough! In the last clip you can hear how quiet it is on the inside, whilst it is quite loud on the outside. I expected it to give some drone on but to my surprise there is none at all. Even when cruising 130/140/150 kilometers per hour the only thing I hear on the inside is a little exhaust note but no drone! 🎉
@@JELLESLT Ik wilde even de uitlaat zien die onder je auto ligt maar ik kan niet zo snel afbeeldingen daarvan vinden online. Ik denk zomaar dat je een beetje dezelfde uitlaat gaat hebben als de Cupra video op mijn kanaal. In dat geval (als je een lange cylinder/driehoek middendemper hebt) gaat het net wat meer diepe tonen geven. Bij de Audi zie je dat het een middendemper is waar het geluid 3-4 keer intern doorheen moet voordat het verder gaat naar achteren (interssant om een op te zoeken en te kijken hoe zo een ding van binnen werkt). Dit dempt veel meer geluid en daarom klinkt het meteen zo hard/luid voor alleen een middendemper delete. Ik moet zeggen een middendemper delete is altijd wel leuk op bijna elke auto! Als het dan nog niet naar wens is kan je altijd kijken voor een sport einddemper of een catless/200cell cat downpipe. :)
@@JELLESLT Haha netjes! Ik had exact hetzelfde met mijn Polo 2 jaar terug. Hele uitlaat was cat-back gedaan maar toch net te stil. 200 cell downpipe er op geknalt en toen was het perfect! :)
@bejeweld yeah was going to ask about powergains and stuff like that but ive just done stage 2 on my 1.2 tsi and its like a pocket rocket. Did you have any problems with reliability tho?
The Polo was stage 2+ as well. The turbo was the main problem after a while. These engines arent really made for more than stage 1 to be honest. The turbo wore out very quickly with stage 2 and was only pushing about 111hp after a while (id say a year). The garage that bought the car from me replaced the turbo but didn’t re-tune it so it was suddenly building way too much boost which blew up the engine (rookie mistake in my opinion). I don’t want to make you scared but running stage 2 just keep everything in check. You should be fine if you don’t push it hard every time you drive and keep an eye on the oil and sparkplugs. A boost meter isnt a bad idea as well to see if after a while the turbo still makes the same boost. (Lower boost = failing turbo.)
@bejeweld thats really helpful. I change oil every 9k km and changing sparks soon. Tbh im kinda over the car and i want to revert it to stock. Pops and bangs now and its a police magnet, its a fun car but it has done enough.
@@bejeweld Hi, i also have a stage 1 on a 1.2 tsi cbz, i bought the car like that and it was chiptuned 3 years ago. I am not really sure that it has the 130hp that revo claims. What was your 0-100 time with stage 1, that would be the easiest way to compare it without paying for a dyno test.
Mistaking the fuses on a stair cake is an achievement by itself 😁 You can mix up the fuses in a normal box cake and all equal calibers, but in a stepcake its very obvious which side has the reserve/finale fuse. But a good show nonetheless 💪
Haha you’re definitely right, but in the heat of the moment when lightning all the cakes you get confused quite quickly! Especially when it’s very dark haha.

I didn’t install a heat shield. While this would definitely help, I don’t think it would make a difference in power or noise. They are not 300+ horsepower cars after all. So in this case we’re talking about 1 or 2 horsepower.
That's partially correct! It all depends on what kind of system you are running of course. Things like intake, turbo size, exhaust pipe diameter all contribute to how much power you are making and if the back pressure is holding you back or slightly increasing your performance! :)
Bro did you get a custom downpipe done after the cat? Or is it the stock piping with the resonator delete and a freeflow muffler? Also do you feel any added vibrations in the cabin compated to the stock setup?
In this video i did not have a custom downpipe, however i did install one later down the road (see other video’s)! This was a custom RVS cat-back with a small resonator in the middle and a sport muffler at the back. I did not feel any vibrations whatsoever in the cabin! 😄
Dat kan ik niet beloven helaas… Ik had hier een sport middendemper en een sport einddemper. De farts werder voor mijn gevoel pas echt duidelijk bij wat restricties van de uitlaat weghalen en een open lucht filter!
Hmm, not bad, but in all honesty-a little boring. The lack of diversity of effects and the low cadence make it rather lame imo. But then again, I do not like cakes anyways.
