I dont think that fasting from food is what God was talking about. Jesus fasted from food because he was already sinless. Us giving up food doesn't glorify God. That is for our own benefits. How do we love our neighbors by skipping meals? Its what the pharases did in the Bible. They prayed and abstained from food. But they asked jesus why their prayers weren't being answered.
Be careful with the return back to sender prayers. I think it’s really important to dismantle and to cancel whatever the enemy has sent against you, in the name of Jesus. Jesus said in Luke 6:27-30 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you.“ I recommend reading the full chapter. But the sub message of loving your enemy is from vs 27-36 of Luke chapter 6. And the reason why is because we are to be merciful as our Heavenly Father is merciful. If you would, pounder on this for a second: Imagine somebody shoots a shot at you with a gun. But by the grace of God you see this bullet coming towards you, and you cancel it/dodge it/etc. Now say, in the instance that you had seen this bullet coming towards you and you prayed: Lord, I sent this bullet right back at this person. That would be repaying evil with evil. Romans 12:19 says “ Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.” I would urge you all to pray about it and ask God to reveal this to you and to give you a better understanding and to help you with it.
