Very kind of you, thank you - hope you enjoy the liner notes (click Show More), in this case the surprising back story on the talented illustrator, E. Simms Campbell
@@WatBradford you’re welcome! 🥰 E Simms is iconic! he even created the Esquire mascot Esky! Simms should be recognized more and talked about more; if it wasn’t for your video and liner notes I wouldn’t have known about him. I am so impressed. He is truly a legend. btw I love all the notes and references in all your videos. I make sure to look at them all. they’re very helpful and interesting. you’re the best. thank you so much. ☺️
Good footage, most of this was his pre -championship years sometime after the red cross tour his stance was more narrow. with 100 yard shots his feet was just inches apart and in putting they were actually touching. He realized if the feet were too far apart it locked his hips up destroying power . This looked like the red cross years he played golf for the war effort he was just fifteen or sixteen. This was probably 1917 or 1918.
You can buy all the warner bro movie shorts Bobby made in 1931 they had some really technical advanced filming for that it introduced slo motion and more. He always felt feet should be closer together as long as you could swing in balance.
I'm sure it's intended, but the original (especially in German which I do not speak) is harsh and unpleasant sounding. I am drawn along by the song, but am uncomfortable at the same time. But I do not care for the upbeat versions of the song as I think it's wrong.
Wow at first I didn't know that was Suzanne Somers but she was beautiful not just on the outside but also the inside her soul was Angelic as her beauty R.I.P Suzanne Somers you beautiful angel
Jim Hall was a designer in the same way that Wayne Shorter or Kenny Wheeler was a composer. Inovation! These are some elegant videos but then Im a 64 year old Jazz Pianist.
Yes, Carroll took the flag, but he'd be the first to say it was a 50/50 victory with the great British sports car racer Roy Salvadori, who is on David Brown's left.
I just love it 👏😍 I have seen Die Dreigorscheroper three times. The last time December the third in Kungliga Dramatiska Teatern (Dramaten) in Stockholm😁
Loved Dinah. Did anyone catch the portrayal of Dinah in a play at the Gramercy theater in NYC in 90's by Lilias White? She was Dinah reincarnated. I believe it was titled " WHO DINAH WAS" . Anyone?????
