First, I would like to thank you for visiting my channel. This channel is dedicated to anybody that would like to know a little bit more about El Salvador. After living in the United States for many year's, I decided to return to El Salvador and relearn "things" which I had forgotten or that I never knew about El Salvador. I want to show the world that El Salvador has good things to offer as well. Join me in this journey where we will learn together about this tiny Central American country that I currently call home. If you have any suggestions as to what you would like to know about El Salvador, please leave a comment, I will do my best to answer and perhaps make a video about your question or comment.
I noticed your razor wire and electric fence on top of the walls. Not getting into any political arguments, just curious if your new President has made your area feel safer? In the U.S. we see in the media that he is arresting gang members daily.
Hi, I have the razor wire since 10 year's ago and decided to leave it alone. I would not know how to remove it without getting injured and it does not bother me to have it there as it is. But it is true that we are safer now. Before our current president took office we were not able to go out after 7pm alone or even walking a couple of blocks away. It was dangerous but know anyone can go out to most places and you will be safe. I rather see soldiers or police walking the streets that expecting a gangster to come out from anywhere. Thanks for your question
I find this interesting as this Walmart had more furniture and appliances than ours in Canada does. Our Walmart doesn’t sell fridges and stoves or sofa’s or major gym equipment. The prices were similar to ours albeit ours is Canadian. Thanks for this video, it gives me some clarity on what we’d need to bring with us if we do live there.
So basically the weather is like living in a sauna in the whole country? How would people live with that besides spending most of the time in air conditioning??
I've heard that it is hotter in Texas than El Salvador most of the time. So I don't know if people in Texas spend most of their time at home? There are a few areas of El Salvador that the temp is around 70ish
@@walkingelsalvador As of now I wouldn't spend the summer in Texas either! It's a bit rough in NYC in July and August. But that's it. I assume wintering in San Salvador would be pleasant. I guess as long as we could feel the trash accumulation and dumping in rivers etc (like in Costa Rica and Panama) is being fixed....
Nice video, i have a beautiful home in El Salvador that my husband made before he died. I've stayed there once only for two weeks. Its near the airport about 20 minutes

Why you killed scorpion? It is not it felt that it is your house. You can just throw him from the house! Plus - you killed it in painful way!, You could just kill it with a shoe!
My first investment with Mrs Jane gave me profit of over $24,000 us dollars and ever since then she has never failed to deliver and I can even say she's the most sincere broker I have known

Thank you for your video! We are planning on visiting La Libertad next year (2022) ... can you tell me what the temp/weather would be like in mid April?
Me gusta estos videos de ir en la carretera y con musica de background ... si te puedes conseguir una HD camera seria mejor ... o a lo mejor ya la tienes ... 👌
My husband's family is from La Union and we spent a month there. The house was exactly the same as this one. Very nice people there and the best food in the world.
