Not going to lie, zooming in while filming is far easier on an iPhone (unless I’m missing something and the camera allows for more zooming than x2) but other than that, I think the camera is great. Love the little tripod option

I sure did😇 I did put together quite the itinerary, probably not factoring in how hot the South of France can get in mid August but we all really enjoyed it. Thank you for letting me know you can notice a difference in quality of the footage :) Seems like the camera was a good investment😌

Hamburg looks like a gorgeous city! Loved the Dior bags. Yes your new camera is great, very clear picture and perfect colours. When you were showing the Peking candle I noticed a black and gold tray you put it on - really fancy tray, gorgeous from what I could see, I'm guessing it was from a designer? 😍
Excellent, thank you for your feedback😇 Seems like the camera was a worthwhile investment into my channel. Actually, I found that tray at a vintage shop for around 10 EUR. Can you believe it? Just looked up the brand on the bottom of the tray and its says “Woodmet”, made in England :)
Thank you :) Still getting used to it and it’s definitely less convenient than to film on my iPhone but if the quality is noticeably better, I am willing to make that sacrifice😅
I was also upset when bath and body works benelux closed! 🥲 they announced it as they didn't want to extend the business contract in benelux, I wonder why? Byredo and L'occitane are my top contenders for scented candle (price-quality wise) 🌸 I enjoyed your vlogs so muchhh please do more of the pricetag-peeking one hahahah 🙈
Me too! Granted, they didn’t have the insane deals and sales that bath & body works has in the States, but it was still cheaper than buying their candles from their part retailers online. Oh well🥲 I don’t think I’ve ever tried L’occitane candles. I love Rituals for candles. Still reasonable in terms of the price :) Thank you for watching, so glad you enjoyed my vlog🥰
Hey there, Lesley! The scenery that you shared of Hamburg was so pretty. My sister’s husband was in the military and they were stationed in Germany twice and she always talked about how beautiful some of the places they visited. They didn’t make to Hamburg, but they did some site seeing. I love the black vintage handbag you bought. It is very lovely. Thanks for sharing the sites and the shopping in Dior. Lesley and Dior bags in the same video.. today was a good day! Love that bag and YES,you can tell this video is better quality from previous ones. Color resolution is crisper,( saturated colour, the river behind you) on some shots. I did also love the baby blue colored blazer you were wearing , great cut and definition. 🎉 Great content. Lovely collection! The Dior storage cases would be great for packing delicate items. I use a black card case but its so hard to find/see in my bag - I'm considering getting a neon colour due to frantic scrambling at check outs 😄I agree with the comments below - that is a lovely top. 😍
Oh, you’re right! That would be great use for the Dior cases🙌🏻 With me not carrying them as clutches, I really should be thinking about alternative ways to use them. I also have a limited edition LV slg from the garden collection in gold that's too beautiful to use so far. I really want to though, as I'm sure it will bring me a lot of joy to use it daily, but I'm afraid of ruining it just like you! Maybe it's ok to enjoy it from a distance. I don't plan to sell mine either!

I don’t think you should feel guilty for not using a luxury piece for sentimental reasons, Lesley. I also don’t think anyone should feel guilty about not using something even when you originally planned to do so. I have a few SLGs and a couple handbags that I haven’t worn or used in a while. I have considered selling but haven’t gotten around to doing it. I try to not stress myself out any of this. I love your Ferragamo and Polene SLGs the best. I would love to go to Paris one day (hopefully soon). Thanks for sharing!

Oh that Bvlgari! It took my breath away too…. The hug looked great on you and I love the red interior too… I think a black or dark interior for bags should be illegal! 😂 I thought the peekaboos looked really nice on your frame too…. But you are so tall and lithe I imagine they all look great…. Ahhh the Bvlgari…. 🤩🤩

I admit I've been suckered into buying a couple of bags without really checking out the dimensions only to find they didn't sit right because of my small frame. Dimensions are so important in relation to how a bag sits. ❤ Your channel and your enthusiasm to all things luxurious
Absolutely! Bags that may look small-ish on me in the videos might look bigger on a more petite frame. It’s always helpful to try on bags yourself if that is an option ☺️

The Hug bag has such a unique look with the straps coming in to the front of the bag, I love it🙌🏻 Bvlgari bags are top tier. Unfortunately the prices have gone up a lot, compared to when I bought my Serpenti Forever but I’d say they are still worth it. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable😍 Thank you for coming along virtually, glad you enjoyed it :)
Thank you :) I’m a sucker for a good blazer😁 I’d have to agree! The sparkly Bvlgari was a showstopper. But really any Bvlgari bag🙌🏻 The Hug bag would be more practical and more suitable for everyday but I think I need another Serpenti forever in my collection

Photo books: what a cool idea, Lesley! That is a great way to document a vacation. I want to go on another cruise. The last one was 1995 when you were a baby, lol. It’s high time I went back. The first cruise was to Jamaica and Grand Cayman in 1993 and then in ‘95 I went to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. I would love to take a European cruise next. Thanks for sharing. 🛳️🚢
Unfortunately yes😪 Boutiques have been instructed to not have their remaining belt bag stock displayed on the shelves anymore. They might still have some in the back but once that’s gone, that will be it. Such a shame…I adore my belt bag

Having been blessed living in Hawaii, LA, Miami, Vegas I don't think I've experienced luxury in these places have to offer in products and services anywhere else worldwide . US brings it in style . Views are my other big thing ( I get excited about ) when on vacation. Bali was exceptional. I continue to travel and purchase when I can. Love your channel ❤

@@LesleyAdina from Vegas having a live circus in my backyard to Hawaii exploring the rim of a volcano. (Typical activity what the locals do.😊..joking) As you would imagine Vegas was the most bojie with what products and services are available. There really is no limit on what's offered.
Your travel vlogs are always fascinating and beautifully filmed - its almost like being there! Those photo books look gorgeous. I remember the old days taking my film to be printed and waiting to see if any of my 20 x photos had that dreaded sticker on saying "substandard photo" - yes, my finger over the lens or so blurry I had no clue what it was! 😂

Haha, it was my first time in Las Vegas and in low season. So I actually quite enjoyed it. Not overly eager to go back though😄 That’s my struggle exactly! Handbags are forever (in an ideal scenario), travel…well, the memories are. But it’s not as easy to measure, compared to bags. So I absolutely get where you are coming from!

Glad I’m not alone on this :) I think with all the price increases and with how the economy is doing, a lot of us started reflecting a little more on where we allocate our fun money. Yesss, love creating photo books of my vacations🥰 And the growing amount of shelf space my photo books take up :)
Lesley, to me travelling seems to be more valuable in terms of impressions and experience that are both timeless and satisfying 😊...but in the end everyone has to decide on his/her own ❤
Still in the process of trying to find a balance. Because I get so much enjoyment out of both. But for where I’m at currently, travel seems to take precedent and I’m not mad about it😌
Lately I've been so obsessed with scarves. Cannot believe how they elevate an outfit. Love all the colors you choose to show us. So many versatile choices and so darn unusual. Loved the 2 story building ( Hermes) Love, love, love. ❤ Your channel
Lovely video - wow I'd be torn between wanting to frame those work of art scarves and wanting to wear them if I had the Hermes ones! My favorite was the Faubourg Tropical. Just wondering how you store your silk scarves - mine seem to end up so creased (maybe because they're not expensive silk?
That’s exactly how I feel as well! I used to own a Louis Vuitton monogram shawl and after a few wears, I had somewhat noticeable make up transfer on it. I’d be crushed if that happened to a designer silk scarf. So I’m leaning towards framing. That being said, something is stopping me from following through with that as well😅 I actually hang my scarves on hangers, the ones with a horizontal bar…if that makes sense. Idk if that’s a good way to store them though. Plus they still need to be folded in order to fit on the hanger.
