The judge is a piece of crap for charging those two men that lost their mother and had to see that dude in court I know you have to behave with a certain decorum for court what the man that maliciously killed their mom how do you charge them when is clearly an emotionally charged case piece of crap judge
Because these judges are power-tripping. If anyone misbehaves in court, the judge sees it as a personal attack. That's what happens when you give one person the power to decide the fate of many.

You have false testimony. Prosecutors don't care about right, they care about convictions. If someone pleas or they can get enough evidence from a false report, that's all they care about. It sounds like the kid assumed he would get a light sentence and was clearly unaware of the gravity of the situation.
But they literally said "he took the fall for someone" so false testimony or not, they admit to KNOWING it wasn't him. That should negate any false testimony or alleged evidence if you KNOW the evidence is fake
