I have tried several fuzz pedals and this one is probably my favourite :) dare I say it kicked a Jam fuzz phrase off my board but that pedal is also great! It’s down to what vibes with you personally! The King Fuzz has this bit of grit to the sound that I love

Great video! Topic is not discussed that often. One great way is to stack a low gain overdrive with a clean blend after another transparent overdrive (Nobels, Bluesbreaker e.g.). That way you can squeeze out more subtle saturation and compression without sounding distorted. T-Rex Moller 2 is pretty great for the clean blend part.
@@PhilipCzarnecki Thanks for answering. I m a beginner, so.. My amp is a basic epiphone, 5w, with only Volume, Treble and Bass... I tried several conbinaisons, but nothing sounds like your demo... Can you inform me about the problem? 'Need a more accurate, performing amp, or..?
@@daviddumont5582 Hey man! I always set my amp on the „edge of breakup“, so it‘s overdriving a little bit. That way, a fuzz pedal, such as this one, will push the pre-amp section of my amp and generate more overdrive from the amp. I find that fuzz pedals need that. Is your amp very clean? If so, try running the fuzz into an overdrive pedal - something with not too much gain, like a low gain bluesbreaker or similar. If you can, make the amp overdrive more, maybe you need to set it louder… Let me know if that helps! 🙌🏻
I love this pedal, it’s something different from all others I have… when others get mundane, I really enjoy slapping this one on to “cleanse” the palate per say and get new inspiration. Thanks for sharing, awesome video. ❤
Great video and nudeling dude. Your explanations and comments as well very beautiful. I am a clean full range boost fanatic. I tried dozens. I always go back to the xotic rc booster (the old one with the light down close to the switch, the reissue now is very similar too).. it has the mojo and boosts other distortion pedals very well giving them definition and growl. Give it a try, if you haven't you want regret it. It won my boomster too. By the way the buffer of the boomster is magical too..

I upgraded my 56 gold top to tonerider Alnico 2 Vintage P90's and proper full size pots and wiring and what a difference..........................it blooms like you wouldn't believe, but on the bridge with some drive can rock with the best. It has the proper vintage tone to it now.

@@belo1971 Ah, that‘s a difficult one… Depends on the situation… The Fuzz Phrase is very special in terms if feel and vibe. The Eureka is much more flexible: from OD sounds to full on fuzz.. The Eureka does not have the clean-up! It really depends. On a board you can do a lot with only the FP. I couldn‘t have a board with only the Eureka… What are your thoughts? 🙌🏻👊🏻
amazing job. vibe all day long. I can appreciate how they share some similar ground but theyy are totally two different effects. I am glad Jimi had a vibe. Just think of two different effects for clean tone. Univibe is not a phaser
Cool pedal. Sounds kindalike DS1 without all the things I hate about DS1. I have bit of issue with the drum track. There is strange phaseing, thats unpleasant to my ears. Like thru zero flanger done wrong 🤷
The Sea Eagle is fantastic! 👌🏻💯 Well, sorry you don‘t like the drums! I actually like this effect 😎 There‘s 2 different drums there. You probably mean the first ones, which are heavily distorted. You shouldn‘t hear this all the time…?
