I flew QF Business from SYD-LAX last month... My bags were also taken off the belt and were waiting for me haha. I also thought that was a nice touch by the QF ground staff that were waiting by the bags. Love your vids mate, keep it up!
Great.. glad to know it was a funny random occurrence.. agree it was definitely great service by ground staff to put the luggages aside.. Thanks for your feedback. Appreciate the support 🙏
Good to know about the express pass for Business at MEL last year I flew out of SYD and they had seperate entry With all those flights leaving was the check in line long for business I can imagine economy was long at that time
LAG rules are consistent across all airports in Australia. The 100ml limit applies to all outbound international flights. The same limit doesn't apply on domestic.

Hi Vajira, I found your video funny because of the Gin Portions. Not many vloggers talk about this or show themselves doing it. Great courage, Thank Your for the cool entertainment, all the best with your vlogging.😄
Thanks for your message of support. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and I really appreciate it.. I'm also glad to hear that you liked the video. Thanks for your words of encouragement.
I appreciate the time you spend on vloging your flights man. Keep it up✈️✈️ My recent qf flights to hong kong were fantastic...when you get them on a good day they are top notch. Safe travels!
Qantas is a terrible airline. Over rated and overpriced. Staff clearly loath their job and this is reflected in their attitude. My last business class flight with them was last April Sydney to LAX. The food was revolting and looked like vomit. I will never fly with this airline again unless absolutely necessary.
Hello, am your 675th Subscriber 👍 can you able to make vlogs a bit shorter (not more than 30 minutes 🙃)it's distracting me to others because it's very lengthy. hope you can consider my positive note
Thanks for the subscribe... Appreciate it.. Overall this was 200k -210k return plus taxes. This was not a hack but just got timing on my end.. Qantas releases seats regularly and sometimes you have to keep shopping around until you find it. This trip in June was booked in October last year.. Down the line I'll surely work on some way to communicate when Qantas release seats.. Are you looking to fly anywhere soon?
At the map and ocean section, there is a pilot, Blancoliro, he has a YT channel and explains about how they manage those flights, communication, navigation and such things.
I find Qantas Business class to be the most underwhelming of the legacy global carriers, in terms of reliable OTP, cabin crew service and meals. Prices are some of the highest in the world without merit. I am eager to try Air NZ's new Business cabin when flying from AUS to USA. Right now I've switched to Fiji Airways which is half the price but much better premium service.
I agree with you. Overall the Qantas business product is far behind other airlines.. I'm glad this was a points redemption, otherwise I would be very disappointed if I paid full price for this.. I have seen some amazing videos of the Fiji airways product. Would love to try it soon.
Great vid. but hear me out. Looks like the “status run” is a massive waste of money especially if it’s just to maintain gold status. Yes, you get baggage and priority check in, preferred seating etc. But you’re not even getting any sort of upgrade priority which is what I think they should offer gold and platinum at the very least. I’m now going to compare apples to oranges, however compare qantas status to accorplus status. At least with Accorplus, once you get to platinum (you get free upgrades to the next room, free breakfast, free executive lounge access, welcome drinks, up to 50% off dining in the hotel restaurants, 1 free hotel stay, 2 suite upgrades, early check in and late check out etc….. I swear I don’t work for Accor, however, in comparison, Qantas offers you nothing especially for the amount of money you are spending to maintain this “status”…. and with the amount you’re spending, I’m absolutely certain you would have reached platinum status with 1/3rd of the money spent. With AccorPlus, you need to get 60 status points to get to platinum and you automatically get 20 status credits just upon automatic renewal (which lets just say is $400…. but that comes with a free hotel stay)…. that means you only have to stay 40 nights which should be really easy considering you’re travelling upwards of 30 times a year. What annoyed me with Qantas is the fact that they are treating all their customers like absolute fools with the introduction of the “classic plus” seats knowing very well they are the exact same “classic” seats, however they’re now just released lunder the guise of “classic plus” which eats through all your frequent flyer points big time. Anyways. Thanks for the vid….. but IMO look into other frequent flyer programs as Qantas has gone downhill BIGTIME 😅
I'm addicted to researching flights trying to find gems with good status credits earns/dollar. flying from a regional airport indirect to a capital is the best way domestically. An example is $231 ROK to BNE via CNS for 25 status credits you can do the same from BNE to ROK via CNS. If you have points club you can book classic reward business class flights pretty easily and get 18-38 points per flight, can be handy for positioning flights so that you can pay full price fares for the legs that give more status credits.
I've got a wedding & a barmitzvah in Sydney, Australia in October .. was thinking of routing from London through Sri Lanka, and a couple of nights stay, en route .. hence watching your recording ..
nice one... SriLankan is a great connection for that trip. Note - there has been a a noticeable amount of delays and cancellations in the airline. Something to watch out for... Also I would really appreciate if you can subscribe to the channel. Hoping to hit 1,000 subscribers before end of the year... 🙏🙏🙏
