Bro I never thought OCD comes with anxiety . It was mad scary and I thought i was going crazy and I was hearing voices and it was me talking to me and at first it started before heading to bed . It was stronger . And I thought about killing my partner too and looking at knifes and hurting myself while washing dishes and what if I killed my pet . Seeing images of things happening. But it went away . Comes in and goes when I’m super tired .
Damn where I live the start pay is 18.6 and the cap is like 27 for just a normal custodian. Need to work 22 years to reach the cap though. But its union and there's a new contract every year so it keeps going up every year.

It takes alot for otherwise healthy people to develop these issues. I have bdp and npd in my family but was a healthy kid. Never saw a doctor or dentist until adulthood. Its unfortunate how we cam feel alone and forsaken with our struggle with anxiety, depresaion, panic, dark.thoughts, trouble sleeping, trouble functioning. Cracked but not broken it a good way to put it but we need to heal the cracks. Medication helped me very little. The feeling of being neglected and abandoned was the worst. Im a father of 2 sons in a difficult relationship and have reflected on the narcisism and abdobment in my life and it makes me sad. I want healthy friendships.

I remember, I went to the Apple Store to go fix my phone and all of a sudden I had thought that my chest was hurting the whole room just went blank and white and I thought I was gonna die in the store ever since then I slowly isolate myself from the world I saw going to stores I stopped going to school. I stopped going to go buy food. I was so afraid of having a panic attack in public or something bad happening like a heart attack and ever since that moment, my life has changed for the worst I’m scared and I feel like I’m in a panic room, and there is no door out
