Littering is much more harmful than marijuana use could ever hope to be. "We are trying to help decriminalize..." is nonsensical. I propose an open-ended dollar amount on this deposit. This gives law enforcement discretion in how they deal with a first time offender who is not having a negative impact on the community and one who is an habitual offender that happens to be in possession of marijuana. Please, rewrite this proposal to address it's shortcomings and stay above our state and nation's broken judicial system. Stevens Point is the best place to live in all of the U.S ✨🪄

In this excerpt from Episode 3 of his Community Focus TV program, Stevens Point Mayor Gary Wescott answers some frequently asked questions about Business 51 and the Clark St. Bridge.
I can understand the space issue, but there is alot less traffic in the revamp simulation, traffic fluctuates through out the day, I have been stuck about 15 car lengths back at a stop light, where it is a four way. Traffic will not go around if its the easiest way to get to work, school, ect. Bus. 51 is a main drag and making it a 2 lanes most of the way is a very bad idea. Northpoint roundabout is the worst spot because of students, sentry employees as well at the enormous amount of bus traffic in the morning, as a son of a bus driver who drives in the city says one of the fears is a bus not making the roundabout, decrease speed of traffic, Drunk drivers and people getting easily confused where to go in the roundabout and causing accidents.
