I was stationed there in 75 -76. It was paradise back then. The local wine "vinche" is the best in the world, made only on the island. Best things were the beautiful women and bullfights. Abrigado
An amazing place, filled with wonderful people! The Azorean people are among the finest in the world. I treasure the memories of my years living there.
No just my phone. I have an iPhone X and I edit with Adobe Premiere. The trick is, in settings you can change the quality. I changed mine to 1080 at 60fps. My phone also allows 4K recording but for the amount of footage I was recording, it would have taken up way too much space
I'm from the Lajes. .but live in San Francisco area [which has lots of Portuguese influence]. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wALN8miWfaE.html
@@cakemakerheheh123 I have some street bullfighting footage I haven't edited/uploaded yet. That was the best part of the trip. Running with the bull. And the delicious food. It's been so many decades I have not been back. .and I was lucky to have a window of opportunity to see my former home before the pandemic hit. I've yet to revisit soon. I'm looking forward to street bullfighting again. And of course my uncle lives on Sao Miguel island so we can visit him and enjoy Furnas [hot springs] and Sete Cidades. So much to see, so little time. Gotta take 3 weeks off to take in all the ambiance of both islands.
