Chile I'm 9 months post relaxer 3 months post with braids dreading the take down but I'm ready I'm 40yrs old wife with 2 kids my relaxed hair is bra strap length. The only thing i would like to recommend is doing your hair with patience, also using your fingers...the tools help once untangled so theres not so much breakage..I never lose hair because i do it when I'm not in a rush or too tired

Shouldn’t you brush your teeth before skin care ? Microscopic particles and saliva go all over your face. It causes zits. I brush and floss first then wash my face and do skin care.
