A political group thinks that without this proposed 'electronic levy 'the country CANNOT develop. The other group is sceptical, so they resort to fisticuffs to see whose idea should be accepted. In the long run whether it is a good idea or not , ONLY the numbers of VOTES will decide not the number of punches thrown.
They should employ all the Ghanaian youth into the military and other government institutions. Most of them have work They just want to join the military. They must take them because Ghana is having security problems
