wow just what i needed. but im having an issue i cant figure out. i have like 10 control points on a ptroject. the line work shows up on the map but the control points cant be seen on the map. i go to edit points and they are there but the wont show up on the map

It happens sometimes that when I change the colour of model in Revu 3D pdf and save it, reopen it, all the elements of the model are corrupted. Does this issue have a solution ?
So how to I get this in 2024?? I have Autocad 2024 & Autocad 2024 LT and Magnet Office subscription. No can tell me how it works and the link is dead. Autodesk has a points manager now but it is $2,700 a year now.
this could have been good but he goes so fast that you miss 90% of it. I wonder if I was showing him how to run a grader and I took the same amount of time to verbalize the levers if he would put it in the ditch. I have two degrees so I have experience in the class room but why is it when someone knows a lot they seem to go as fast as it is humanly possible to teach it. I will tell you that a lot of this is causing people to go elsewhere . if any of these manufactures could actually get out videos like this that some one could actually learn from, you would double your sales. I bought drones and the dealer said we provide all the training. same thing, crazy fast and it was easier to goto You Tube University to try and actually learn how to use them. But I paid a lot of money for the training that actually really was crap. nice guys etc but training is crap. I would have bought one of these from them already but I know how the training is so there you go.
When creating a new Panel under the CUI for Ribbon, you can left-click the name and move it up or down the list. Again, the blue line shows where the new Panel will be placed.
P.O.V : I never used Blue Beam or Plan Swift or Costx or Any other estimation software's but looking to this software workings, to be honest I prefer EXCEL with AutoCAD Drawing / Revit Models are way more comfortable and time efficiency and user friendly. And except Gulf and Asian Countries other all are Countries using this kind of software's, why they don't have AutoCAD or Revit ? And coming to your video it was good and informative.
Would you mind sharing your follow up to the question about exploring a 3D PDF in other CAD softwares? It appears to me that one would need to download a 3rd party software. I would also like to ask if Bluebeam security would be able to prevent our model from being used in CAD? Thanks
How can external users (responsible contractor) be added to a submittal? Currently we can only get user members of the project to show up as selections. Autodesk is requiring us to buy the external user a license or for the external user to buy a license. Is there no way to send submittals to external users, without an Autodesk license?
We only need BB for doing take offs, and not all the cloud stuff. Which version should we consider? Does it make more sense to just switch to another takeoff software, like OST?
Great video, thanks for uploading. Have you ever experienced the dynamic fill tool not reading the line weights on any PDF document? I have tried messing with the sensitivity as well as disabling the line weight to no avail. Would love any advice you may have. I have Revu 21 complete if that helps, Thanks!
I used to work for TOPBUILD and the whole time I was there I never got any training from your company and when I inquired with my HR they were like OH it's something that we just give all our salesman and it I had gotten the proper training I might still be there!!

How do I pull pages to send a smaller pdf?When contractors send us a pdf it’s to large to send off to my reps so I need to pull pages to create a smaller pdf so my reps can receive it.Thanks
Thanks for video. Its a pity that when you selected the group of point to stake out from the map its asking you to go not to the closest one but to the next one on the list which doesn't help to save your time and legs...
May i ask if if creating the ifc file from autocad worked for the gentlemen? I work in autocad mep and im really trying to convince my boss to upgrade to extreme for this feature!
Hello Edwin! I am a senior application specialist with Topcon Solutions. After testing with a dwg, we have found that the best workflow is to open the dwg in Navisworks and create the 3D PDF from there. That is assuming you have the CAD version of Revu, you do not necessarily need to have the extreme version to do this.
