I was looking for this linefor years i had a red & blk one when i was about 8 or 9 yrs old i didn't know the name to look up even thoe your views are low at the moment i sat you have made a video no other 80s collector mentioned in yrs❤
I didn't even know that old Ronan figure existed. I want it, although I fear it will be so very hard to obtain and have it delivered in Mexico... Thanks for sharing this.
Also I will say that during the 2002-2003 Transformers Armada run, there was a Starscream McDonald's toy that was a Jumpstarter, which I thought was Really Cool! And yeah I am an 80s kid that never fully "Grew Up"!
When i was a kid i bought things just for wanting them i never put a value on anything looking back at the action figures and comix i had growing up it angers me how much they are worth today i either gave them away or they found their way into a garbage can.
That tank turret isn’t supposed to come off. It’s supposed to move forward and backward to facilitate the transformation. I’ve got two G1 Blitzwings and the turrets do not come off.
Ayo i remember seeing this back in 2002 and thought "out of all the transformations why an axe?" it would have been cool if he can transform into either a tank or a jet i still think its kinda lame for him to transform into an axe🤔😒
Yeah, it would have made more sense to make it look more like a Hammer and transform into Thor or something. I never did understand why they went this path instead.
I used to collect but the prices have gone through the roof, the resellers. It's funny, the Batmobile is not wonderful, I prefer good action figures or a good vehicle from series or movies.. Being a collector has the problem that you need to have a lot of space. Mattel lost its license and McFarlane has not decreed me with its joints. Hasbro with its thigh joints I don't like them Neca very exclusive and sells out quickly. I haven't bought anything for 8 years, the market doesn't make it easy
Also, is there a minimum price you'll sell for? I see a lot that haven't sold but none that sold for $1, which is kinda strange. What if I got a bunch for $1 each, would you sell all of them or just unlist them? Thank you.
We start most Timed Auction items at $1.00. Live Auctions we start at $0.00. Unfortunately, once we begin a timed auction, we cannot make any changes to it.
Everything in our last auction sold (except maybe some posters, I beleive). One collector didn't pay for a bunch of them. If we don't Hear Back, those bidders are blocked from participating and we move on. The software removes their bidding privelege, and those items look as though they haven't sold. Usually, we resell or return them to the consignor, but the buyer eventually did pay, and we just shipped them out earlier this week.
There’s quite a few metal plane banks and my gf and I have very non bank plans for them when we are able to get them. Customizing diecast models has been a thing since long before the internet ofc and we’d prefer diecast to plastic models as a base because the end result is more durable.
I just got 2 Pete Hamilton Racing Champions Superbirds, which one has "Plymouth by Petty" under the wing and the second one doesn't have it, instead having just " Plymouth" spelled out above the back tire. I'm keeping them sealed with my NASCAR collection. Back in 2017 I went to a little antique shop with my grandpa that sold old diecast cars and got a few Racing Champions Superbirds they are selling, (Richard Brickhouse, Richard Brooks, and John Sears #4 Ford. I still have them but they're old, beat up and missing their decals, and I wanted to find a Richard Petty version since I got back into diecast car collecting almost 2 years ago, which I only found in a 1992 Petty Fan tour VHS tape sealed with am exclusive Petty Enterprises Superbird last year Christmas. Well I finally found a Racing Champions Superbird still in its original package x2, and have never been more happy getting Pete Hamilton of all people. I love those old Racing Champions 90s Cars because they're nostalgic to my childhood despite me being born in 2005. Remarkable cars, and I love the vintage feel to them, because they genuinely feel like the diecast car equivalent to baseball cards
That's firefly??? Why would they redesign him with a neon green/ grey color scheme? The design just hurts my eyes when I look at him. Poor Firefly, I'm sorry what they did to you 😢
Yeah, that one was always weird, right? It's like the old "Stealth Strike Batman" in bright Neon Red - It just doesn't make any sense for the character
