To drain it do you just have to remove that pipe or does the whole tank need taking off

Brilliant worked like a dream but my pipe is still frozen how long to the bottle fills and I have to empty it again can’t get a 3 way ladder till tomorrow to reach it 👍🤙

Amazing. Saved me from a call out. For me , half a foot of ice lolly shaped ice bit came out was stuck at the outside end of the exhaust pipe. I warmed it with some hot water and tapped the pipe and it just came out along with a lot of water. Now it runs again. In fact I had this problem almost 5 years ago. I didn't realise just how cold it was last night.

Pipe blocked outside due to the freezing conditions. unblocked it by gently heating with a decorators heat gun. Then moved the end of the pipe into a better position out of the gutter. Boiler now working like new.Thank you for your great post.👍👍👍

Tried everything suggested, nothing worked. Then, in desperation, on the coldest night of the year, I did what I should have done first. I checked if there was credit on my gas. No! Topped up, end of problem.

Electrodes is normally the most unlikely cause for f27, it’s usually PCB

I have a question. My Main Eco Elite boiler doesn't have timer like this in the video. So can that timer be instaled additionaly, to control the working time and to set it to work only when is needed? Thanks in advance for the answer.

Does this problem make the whole gas system shut down? I'm not getting gas in my cooker and this error showing up on the boiler I tried resetting my gas meter yesterday and it worked for 1 day. Today I'm facing the same problem but the gas meter says it's on. What do i do?

Hi, My main eco boiler is making a loud humming vibrating noise. I’ve bled everything to make sure there isn’t air in the system. The noise isn’t there all the time and cuts out when you turn the hot water tap on. Would I be possible to end send you a video? Many thanks
