I’m glad you found something that works for you, but have you considered using iron cook ware? Those help quite a bit with iron levels and require a similar care to the pet fish
@@eco.amicalIm pretty sure that you can use cast iron cookware on induction stoves, and google seems to agree with me. You should try it if you think itll make life a bit easier for you.
Most iron cookware- cast iron for example, need to be seasoned, which means all the actual metal is covered by a layer of polymerized oil, so I doubt there'd be any iron ions getting into the food.
Dear Ma'am, I am watching your RU-vid video. You don't have any video SEO done. If you want to get views on your videos or grow your channel then you must do video SEO. Because video views cannot be generated without SEO.
Today I made a simple sauce to go with rice. Diced bell pepper, onion, garlic, plant based kebab (seitan), oat cream and spices (main one being curry powder). Turned out really good!
Try this so you need corn flour and you need to do 2 scoops and you need lotion then you mix if it to sticky you need more corn flour you can use could if you want and I hope it works 🤗☺
I think a lot of people just don't know where to find them. Kroger in the US definitely has a discounted produce rack where everything is in bags for a dollar that are starting to lose their luster
I stuff them with goat cheese n broil them. (The little ones) also roast them in a bit of olive oil n freeze them in individual bags per serving. So I can make pepper n egg sandwiches, pizza toppings or pasta. I roast the italian cubbenial peppers or red ones.
Actually, it doesn't help with food waste. Most imperfect foods are actually donated to charities.... So they go to people who need the food. The food often doesn't look great but it's still the same food and same look....
