I loved this game as a kid I freaking loved it and i dont remember wich one it was... I have a DS simulator so i could play it but then again... Dont know the name ;-;
I'm actually very glad that the system designed to make a shitload of money is gone (though quickly replaced by DLCs, paywalls and internet subscription)
Perfect example of competitive gaming sports today. They ramped up aim assist in shooters to where the guns don't even need it anyways since they shoot straight... So many things change, and that's because battlepasses. Hear me out: People with no skill wouldn't buy the game if they didn't add these handicaps, they pull these people and keep them by giving out a shet ton of microtransactions and passes to keep them interested in the game while banking profit off them. If we do a ratio, we can easily say the percent of people who are skilled vs. unskilled would be the same as the rich and the poor. Unfortunately, companies can't bank off the skilled alone since they won't profit, this is the main reason why these handicaps and passes are here to stay. It's been like this and has been getting worse, I'm surprised we don't have Ai doing the work for you at this point, but they bank off so many people, they won't ever go back to the way things were because the profit is too much to just drop everything and start benefiting the small percentage of gamers with skill... All I can say is that it was good times before they started to think this way. Most people won't even understand wtf I just said because they will never experience what we experienced lol. I just stick to Rpgs and MMOs now. Call of Duty went downhill, I run around and get called aimbot for using a pistol, if people only knew you can land headshots without aim assist, it's just a myth at this point 😆
