I will forever absolutely abhor the modding community for latching onto this game instead of any other non-bethesda slop. So many mods, so much effort, for so many years, all wasted onto this piece of cr*p game that crashes if you as much as... do anything in a "not as intended by devs" way, really.
in my opinion the best NPC look overhaul is Lexy's LOTD mash-up. it's a mash up of several NPC overhaul mods(it has a consistency patch with the mash-up retexture of NPC's done so you don't have to do anything) and it also requires some manual things to do(if you do it once you can give it to others like custom patches), but you can merge them in 1 eps. the other choice which is just an install is Pride of Skyrim AIO = male NPC overhaul, and Courageous Women AIO = female NPC overhaul.

i appreciate the work of those that make weapon animations, but wielding weapons is not as slow as they think they are. a generic 1-hand sword weights like 1-1.2kg so it's not as slow as wielding a ridiculously heavy weapon. watching the 1-handed sword moving like it's in slow motion is not realistic at all, cause this is not real. the speed is ridiculously slow. you can't make the realism right and it's not immersive either, so go for fun instead = faster weapon speed. if you use ADXP replace it with MCO and let the game calculate the weapon speed(it's way better than ADXP), and if needed(animation mods have different weapon speed) use a weapon speed multiplier mod to adjust the weapon speed. ADXP weapon speed is very slow, and it's not realistic neither immersive.
no hate, but why in your patreon you give link for an ENB preset while the ENB you show in your videos is different? i don't understand why people do this.
