How were you able to find connections within the bulls organization to learn about an internship. Im from chicago and would absolutely love an internship next summer for any of the major sports teams here, I just dont know who to reach out to. Any tips?
Hi, I'm leaving my company next week. I'm socially awkward and it's hard for me to alk to people, but it is jot impossible for me to talk to other people. It's just i need some preparation. I watched your videos and saw about the farewell letter, well in my case i think it's very awkward for me to put a farewell letter on each desk (because we're in a free coworking space, no assigned sit), is it weird if i talk to each of my colleagues (maybe i'll talk personally to the people i'm closely related too)? Is it okay if i say my goodbyes when i'm about to go home (i have a routine where i always call each and one of my coworkers name to say goodbye for the day)? Can you help give me some suggestions or opinions about my case?

Honestly if I am doing unpaid internships I would quit if my only job serving coffee and moving boxes. If I am learning actual skill I am going to lervage that to my advantage and put on my resume. It an unpaid internship I am getting paid by experience so I better be getting it or else I quit. If the ppl there r jerk I quit. I need experience hard fact in life if that the only way I get them I got to do it. But I have enough self respect to not let a jerk boss me around and gain nothing from it

If you start an internship and get hired for a full-time position at the same company after you complete the internship, would you get only one w-2 for both the internship and the full-time job or two separate w-2s, one for the internship and the full-time job at the end of the year?

I see the wisdom an internships even unpaid ones . Not really from a networking point of view . To me the real value of an internship is to say I have skills in this field with actual experience . Hopefully able to use the intern job as a reference later .

How about when the internships are few and the pool is competitive. I am a graduate student and there are limited sites for us to get our supervision hours in order to graduate with our Masters degree. I am really stressed being rejected two semesters of applying to places in a row. Half the places I applied to I got an interview. So it must be my interview skills that need to improve not my cover letters or resumes...
