I'll call this channel a lil hidden gem on YT that captures and teaches how to play the best heavy metal and thrash metal music on guitar. Throw all those old tab books away... they are such misleading trash that RUINED my childhood! Not really, but they really ended up discouraging me from playing many of these songs not only the wrong way, but the most painfully challenging way possible. Just come here, watch, learn, and PRACTICE!.
Hey my friend! I don't know if you remember me or not (either is cool), but Im a constant watcher and a sometimes commenter. And once again, I have to give some form of digital props to you for this. Randy Rhoades was one of my favorite guitarist, a man who's leads could, and still do, stop me in my tracks, make me cock my head, and stare off into space like a hypnotized deer in traffic...with chill bumps. so, I take my RR seriously. Man, tab or not, you so nail the essence, the very language, that music and guitar riffs speak in. And you made a crusty old shit like me smile. A real one. I haven't experienced that sensation in quite a while,so thank you for that as well. You truly are one of the greats of the shredding genre.
Thank you so much for this! Nothing is more fun to me than playing like my idols. And the fact that anyone can experience joy when I do it is a bonus!🤘😃🤘Rock on brother!!
@@metalbryan101 please know, I don't just candy undeserving asses readily. I'm a late 80s and On Rocktard of some note as well. So I'm not some green eared rube running around with fan crushed. I've done shows with everybody from king diamond, nuclear assault, sacred Reich, fear factory, fang. When I gush, it comes honestly and with much reverence. You are excellent, my friend. Keep the faith and roll to the guitar bite!
The speed comes my friend. Don’t try to play as fast as the track, just start and stop playing as fast as you can while remaining accurate. Take a minute break or so in between. And keep playing. The speed will come!
Put a dolop of peanut butter on the bottom side of your bridge pickup. Done all the time in the studios. If you dont have peanut butter, you can use toothpaste.
that tone is FIRE. how do you quick switch between a distorted tone and a clean tone btw? do i have to use a pedal for that or is there something else that i can use
I’m here. And moving forward after I figured that intro out 😂Thank you dude! This helps a lot except now they play it in D standard and I have to keep switching guitars. Lol 🤘🏻
