I feel like the Ravens didn’t give him much of a chance to grow. Had one year behind McNair & Boller then they draft Flacco. Never heard from again after that.
@@bradleyboyer9979 yes, he was insanely talented. Arguably, he should’ve won the 1998 Heisman trophy and likely would have if not for KState losing in the Big 12 title game.
He was a great college player, I wish he had won a championship because that would have cemented his legacy. But he beat Michigan and that is more than I can say for C.J. Stroud.
LaDainian Tomlinson is was and always will be the G.O.A.T because he was a 1st Round 5th overall pick out of TCU in the 2001 NFL Draft by the then San Diego Chargers he won the NFL's MVP in 2006 his greatest year with 28 touchdowns on the ground and 31 of them in one season remains a NFL Record as well as a Steelers fan he truly was awesome player to watch he certainly was a special player at the same time he's never haunted of the things he didn't do like win a Super Bowl Ring or have another MVP type of season but he's now a Hall Of Famer but he still deserves at least one or two Super Bowl Championships but LT was lightning in a bottle with the Chargers no matter what but with the JETS he still got it at the time but he's living his wonderful life! Jeff George is better than rich Gannon Our decline from 2003 to 2016 is because of gruden getting old players and bill Callahan guys like rice Armstrong and bill and rod woodson and
Well, when you try to cover two Hall of Famers, including the first wide receiver to win the Heisman, you're going to have difficulty keeping a third guy under wraps too.
Thanks to Al Davis, he was denied a championship ring. His stupidity got rid of the coach who made Gannon the qb he was in the years they were playoff contenders. Next thing you know, he ended up playing vs his former coach in the SB. A coach who knew his style of playing. Nice going Al DUMBvis. You cost yourself a 4th Lombardi trophy 🏆.
Glad to hear that! As a Raider fan since 1974, I simply don't understand this over-the-top admiration for AD? To me, he was an embarrassment to the club, especially the last 10 years of his life. His massive ego got in the way of so many decisions (Marcus Allen, Steve Beuerlein) now there is a monument in Alligient Stadium to him (?)
