His game will translate perfectly to the NFL, hope he gets a chance to sit and learn. He was the first person i followed on instagram when he was in 7th grade
Not great clips for sure, but his South Alabama tape looks a lot better than this. I think its worth keeping in mind that he's throwing to a bunch of receivers that he's never worked with; the timing seemed a bit off. He was making good reads and going through his progressions nicely though. I still would put his actual regular season game tape above anything else
WTF. never heard of this guy now I know why. what did AP or Tolesco see in this guy seriously check down Charlie got sidearm throwing motion. there were a lot better UDFA QB'S than him shhhhhhh CHEEKS
I certainly think he can improve his pocket presence, but wow looking forward to watching Moss this season, could easily be one of the top QB's for the 25 draft!
Atlanta Top Brass has learned from their past lessons and made a quantitative decision. The NFL is a Trillion Dollar Business and the lesson is NEVER UNDERESTIMATE PURPOSE EXPECTATION . WELCOME TO ATLANTA (MPJ) and all the new draft picks in the 2024 NFL draft for the Atlanta Falcons .CHESS NOT CHECKERS 🏆🇺🇸
I had this great idea for a video, but it's a little outside your forum. I wanted someone to make a video comparing what Caleb does in college to what Fields has done in the NFL & ask what people think is better about Caleb. It's part a tribute to how important play-calling is, how people make judgments, & part attempt at justice for Fields who may never otherwise get any. Interested?
Washington was overmatched vs Michigan. They did not have the personnel. Their main running back (Dillon Johnson) was not healthy. If Penix was behind an NFL offense, then showing him play against an NFL caliber defense (like Michigan) would make sense.
Was pissed when we took him but liking the pick more as the days go by. Hopefully Kirk gives us a solid 2 years before Penix takes over for a decade after that
@@Sportstalk404 and you don't know how to spell his name lol. But i def know a thing or 2 about ball...been watching and playing football since i could walk lol
You cannot teach arm talent and toughness. You either got those 2 or not. Watch after the 6:20 mark and you will see multiple BIG LEAGUE THROWS under pressure. His over the top silky smooth delivery is effortless and on the money more times than not. Most impressive is how he delivers equally catchable balls to rb's as well as WR's at varying distances. He has excellent touch on his throws will excellent ball placement to excel in an NFL offense that schemes play makers open. Klink Kubiak is THAT GUY, so expect Rattler to be THAT GUY. Now, pause for a second and realize I am talking about 2 to 3 years from now. This kid will be a well developed young gun NFL QB with something to prove & PLENTY of feel for all his play makers on the Saints. Watch for him in Pre-season to make a stir THIS YEAR. BOOK IT
He's accurate on slants for sure. And his arm pops. Most of the negative plays are his OL and coach play calling being ass. He never panics and moves on to the next play. He's used to pressure. He has a shot in the nfl with good coaching.
It's definitely the play calling around the 2:50 mark i just seen all receivers running deep with no checkdowns on first and 10. Kubiak is gonna get this guy right in the nfl and Spencer definitely has the iq.
Penix worst game was not verses Michigan. Arizona State was his worst game. It was a home game for Huskies and they barely won 15 -7. Arizona State is terrible - won 3 games last season.
I’m re-watching this famous two minute drive that Clemson fans and commentators are siting as a glimmer of hope for Clemson offense next year and I’m not seeing what they’re seeing. What I see is pure luck and more of the same. Very sloppy and anemic.
Hard to evaluate Rattler since had a poor OL. I think he at least could be a good backup QB and maybe more if in the right system and decent talent around him.
