Nice message! Sadly,, I was that girl! I lost a lot of friendships from being bipolar! It was something I felt like I couldn't control! I would just have those days, where I would just pick a person who would get my "wrath text" today! My friends would be so confused! Even in my adult life I have done it a couple times! I talk to people when I feel like it, because it's an emotion thing that shuts off and on! I recently lost a very sweet Christian friend, who refuse to answer my calls for a whole year,, being that it seems she has deemed me as toxic! It hurts to feel like the toxic friend! But I am glad to hear it,, from this point of view! Pray for me,, as I head back into the work field after 3 years,, I feel fearful of my ways in my interactions with ppl! This is why I had to apologize to you, when I said,, "you didn't answer my question",, I felt the Spirit tell me, " Why are you doing this? This young lady took the time to respond to you, in a lengthy manner! READ IT AGAIN, AND AGAIN!!" So anyways, great word! I must examine my heart

I want to give you some encouragement and instructions to help you along your journey. Remember that God didn’t give you the spirit of Fear but of love power and a sound mind. Take time to read Psalm 103:1:1-8 Psalm 51:10 Ezekiel 36:22-27 ! Pray: “God give me a heart of flesh and put a new spirit within me! Fill me with joy, patience, kindness, tenderness, self-control, faithfulness, excellence, diligence. Mold me, shape me to be the child of God you created me to be. Teach me how to walk & take on your nature. Fill my mouth with your words. I choose to put on the mind of Christ. Father sweep my house of all things that are not you. “ 1) Write down the fruits of the spirit Galatians 5:22-25 2)Write down those current character traits that you have that down match up the fruits. 3) Thank him every morning you wake up for your new heart and spirit and that you choose to walk in the fruits of the spirit. For the entire Month Read Galatians 5 every morning and before you go to bed. See your self walking in those characteristics.
Total dependance on God means no pride. God gives grace to the humble. When it does happen He's done it for His glory and that's when you give Him all the praise!
Back again😁! I challenge you in a friendly manner to give me Biblical reference in your stance on stating that "love has boundaries", outside of how we have been cultured! Mind you, I agree with you,, if I was operating in my flesh! Because I have came to found out, that LOVING is my biggest challenge yet, if I want to be able to call myself a Child of God! The Bible says, No greater love had no man than this, than to lay down your life for a friend,, but isn't it interested how God showed us that the Love he had for us went beyond just for those that he saw as friends, but that WHILE we were yet sinners he died for us!! That blows my mind! It's hard to die period,, I might see myself probably dieing for my children or my mom and dad,, but I simply don't carry the type of love that Jesus had, to take a bullet for someone that doesn't like me! It was there that I begun to understand how unmatched, God's love is! I also had to understand, that the chastisement of my peace was upon him! You spoke in your other video about finding it in ourselves to pray for our fellow men, who have not yet come to Christ,, that includes enemies! God began to show me, Tyrah you have the type of love that you have been cultured into, and that is not Gods love! We have a "cut off" mentality! Rightfully so,, I feel! Because sometimes when ppl do us wrong, we block them off, ignore them, pray Psalms of David (the rough ones), pray that we never see them again, and so on,, but as I said, it all seems right if you're in the world, because we're human! But I challenge both you and I , that if we profess to be Christians to walk in this word, by the Holy Scriptures,,, "we are fools for Christ sake, but we are wise in Christ! We are weak, but we are strong! We are honourable, but we are despised! Even unto this present hour, we both hunger and thirst and have no certain dwelling place,, and labour working with our own hands,,, AND HERE IT IS,,,, being reviled, we bless, being persecuted we suffer it, being defamed, we entreat:We are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things even unto THIS DAY! I write not these things to shame you, but to warn you" (BIBLE)! So sister please explain! Because although it hurts to hear, that that is the expectation of God's love from us,, it's like Peter said, I suffer the shame for the cause of Christ! And that my friend, has been my biggest struggle,, learning how to properly Love, because in that level of Love,, it comes with peace, long suffering, joy, patience, etc... Have you challenged yourself to that type of love,, without boundaries??
This is good this is really good! I’m going have to make a video about this ASAP. Throughout scriptures there are different types of love mentioned 1 Ahava which is the a sacrificial love(God gave us Jesus) 2 Philo love which is the brotherly love 3. agape love the unconditionally godly love only one who is in Christ can give this. 4 Eros love which is the affectionate / romantic type of love. The Christ type of love unselfishly seeks the best for others which is found in 2 Peter 1:2 and Romans 13:8-10. Roman 13:8-10 gives the standard of love. I enjoy reading the amplified because it’s close to the way greek and Hebrew read. When I say love has boundaries it means it has a standards, you can’t walk all over, misuse and abuse that isn’t love. When I realized how much God love me I looked at myself differently. That’s when my eyes I began loving on me differently. I began giving me more grace because he does. I took the coat shame off because coat of his love covers me. Coming into this gave me a new love me for me. Because of Jesus I am now able to love others better too. What I can do for myself I can do for others. Aka you can only give what you have. These are really great questions. The statement when people see you, they should see Jesus means to take on his character, his ways and how he treats others. I would study Galatians 5:22-26 and 2 Peter 1:2-11. In Those scriptures reveals the character of christ. I would also look up the dictionary definitions of love, joy, peace, patience, long-suffering, kindness, meekness, goodness, excellence, diligent and faith. When you have an understanding of those characteristics align yourself it. Remember the Holy Spirit is the one who started a good work in you and he will finish what he started. Just allow yourself to go through the process. Allow Jesus to lead you. When you walk in those characteristics people will see him in you. They will know you've spent intimate time with him because you will be different. Tell him that you allow him to mold and shape you like him. This doesn't happen over night it takes time. When it comes to spreading the gospel just share your testimony and what he has done for you. The gospel is the good news. You are qualified to speak what he's done in your life and what he's saved you from. You can only speak to what you know. He gets the glory from you. The more time you spend with him the more he will reveal himself to you. Know that he loves you and are special because he chose you do walk with. 🙂🙂🙂
