Building blocks for any working system are LAWS/RULES/BYLAWS. Please institute compulsory bylaws for ALL municipalities, which MUST be published online for free download. With that, a working communication system is required. Please institute COMPULSORY communication systems which provide CASE NUMBERS for every case sent to a municipality. WITHOUT THESE BUILDING BLOCKS, FORGET CHANGE FOR THE BETTER.

This country is a speedboat that can be turned around immediately and that is precisely what foreign investors, stock market investors want to see... they want to see higher export earnings, more investment... a higher savings rate, it isn't difficult... lets take an example, any example, .... we cut the VAT and even import duties on those coal trucks... the mines buy more trucks and export more coal. We don't have to fix the railways ... etc. they just import more trucks faster and export coal much faster, the Rand strengthens, an immediate rise in productivity, trade, exports. The international business community want to see an export miracle. It is possible and I'm willing to help the DA understand how to do it ... quickly, immediate, economic relief, stock market investment. We get this economy growing at 7% a year... We produce an Asian economic miracle, but you have to believe we can do it.... you have to believe it is possible... we can change our destiny, where we are is temporary, we will not have to be here for the rest of our life...

Politics is never an exact science. The only thing holding the country back is the ANC's fear of let go the past. In fact of let go of what they haven't got...There no way forward if they keep humming and harking about the past and about Apartheid...Apartheid is gone it's dead and buried. But unfortunately Ramaphosa and his gang way back since 1994 have passed 116 race laws...So its time for the ANC to grow up and come to terms with reality. As tomorrow never comes...Unfortunately with their mindset are their fear of changes and of what changes may bring...Its time for Mr Ramaphosa to walk the walk and talk the talk...😊😅😂....
And leave NSFAS as is, if you don't want high crime rate and a youth uprising. Do not get the youth in debt with student loans in a poor country crime will go up.
The NSFAS debacle is students that are brilliant need to pay back some money to keep the system going. So instead of studying so stupid degree in social sciences, you could study something useful like a proper scientist or a chemical engineer or anything this country needs right now because of the brain drain. You will get gainful employment and it's not hard to ask if from your fantastic salary you can pay back some of the money to help the next person. Nothing is free...
