Rev Adette Mitchell hails from the parish of St Catherine. She spent her early years in Clarendon and relocated to Manchester, She accepted the call of God on his life from an early age of twelve (12), was baptized in water and filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost. She found joy in teaching, writing poems, songs, and singing. Hence she has been writing songs from the early age of twelve and later appeared in the top ten Gospel Festival twice and other local festivals. She compiled her first Album entitled “Jesus Will Be There!” Her stage name is Ambassador Rose which came from her first testimony. She is a trained Early Child-Hood Practitioner, she is a graduate of Bethel Bible College with her first rank in Ministry. She is presently a teacher at The May Day High School and a graduate of Church Teachers' College and the University of the West Indies Mona. Rev Mitchell holds the position of District Women’s Ministry President. She is married for over 30 years.
