it's probably the light thats in her eyes. I don't know if you have ever been interviewed or anything but the lights they use can really hurt your eyes and they make your view messy so maybe that's why she was blinking so much :)
People should stop focusing on how beautiful on the outside and focus more on how great an actress she is and how amazing her personality is. She's done more than other actors and celebrities in terms of helping out the environment and children and that is what should be commended and loved about. Five adjectives to describe her: adorable, genuine, sincere, sophisticated, and beautiful (on the outside but especially on the inside)
