Well nobody's been with me for 18 years so nobody else has and I'm not doing no long-distance relationship and I've been taking care of myself on my own as far as I I own my own vehicle my own place it's not much but it's something and I can't run and jump in a marriage with someone that I don't even really know offline I mean it would have to take a while I don't know about getting married all I would love to future but not at the moment there's too much going on as far as other things I need to take care of. And if it doesn't work out then I don't know any more on anything to do with that anymore. I don't want for that to sound bad but I'm thankful I don't have any kids with anyone. I am happy though for the person if they found somebody else good luck and take care. I can't read too much into that anymore especially online to do with whomever for the simple fact that they wanted to make it just as a friendship or just another subscriber professionally then that's what they'll get nothing sexual or anything else if that's how the person wants it that's how it'll be
Wish I found this sooner. Graduate depression hit me hard as someone who spent about 60-70 hours a week studying. I've started going to the gym and volunteering as a waiter for a local charity that puts on food events for elderly people. It's giving me a sense of purpose back and I thoroughly recommend it!
Thank you for sharing your journey. I’m finishing my MA in Communication Studies this Fall 24, but I’ve worked in higher education for 5 years (admissions and advising). I’m still considering my Ed.D in Higher Educational Administration. I’ve been encouraging myself not to stop climbing the ladder of success. I’ve been hearing a lot of people say to choose a spouse or choose the doctorate, but it’s encouraging to know you CAN have both and I’m trusting God for both.
I'm about to start one, and I'm also a med student too 😂, my girlfriend had to move to another country because of her family and both of us wanted to keep our relationship because we are very deep in love, I just said goodbye to her on Sunday, this is day 2 and is already very hard to me think about her because, she lived near, and i use to visit her whenever we were available, and the fact that i can't even touch her o kiss her anymore is killing me. We are going to see each other again on November and spent the holidays together but after that, on January I have to return home and we are not going to see each other in a whole year beacuse I'm in college, and the plan we made is to mary and live toguether wen I finish med school but that going to be at least 6 years of seeing each other just in November to January, I really needed an advice because I want to make this work, I never loved someone this way before, and the only issue we have is the distance.
I have family that works in the healthcare profession and I have anxiety and mental health so I think a doctor in my life is the right fist for me, so someone can be my caregiver other than my mother and be in charge of my day to day needs. #saintraphaelprayforus ❤🙏🏾
Traditionally, Chinese women do not change their surnames after marriage. My mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, etc. all kept theirs since time immemorial. I live in the US now, but I'm keeping my name forever ❤
I'm sitting here wondering how our grand and great grand mothers could have faced similar question and simply replied "I married that's why my name changed" and we kids of the twenty first century see it the other way around. When I get married, my wife is taking my last name, that's how it has been and I intend keeping it that way.
That’s great for you and hopefully works well for your future wife. Our grandmothers weren’t obtaining graduate degrees and accomplishing prominent research studies tied to their last name, at the same rate that women of this century do. There are far more factors that go into our decision. I changed my last name but I’m glad that my husband met me with grace and understanding while I worked to make that decision
I miss vlogging so much. This time of year has been extra hectic but so special with baby girl. In this video, Emory got to meet Santa at our house. It's such a blessing to give our daughter special experiences and share them with her! Beyond that, remember Jesus is our reason. He is so good and loves us more than we'll ever understand. Great idea! Will do! Off of the top of my head, onesies, bibs, and our changing pad were used the most. Our nursing cart has been more for storage. Our house isn’t that big for us to need to wheel items anywhere. Merry Christmas!
