I love your videos and really appreciate how detailed they are! Are these fees new, such as administrative fees, parking fees, etc? They used to be included in the rent, so I'm wondering if the leasing companies are advertising a lower rent, then tacking on all these fees. It seems like a bait and switch...
@@laurarogers6079 yes unfortunately when I got here in 2019 that is how it was, it’s very annoying but unfortunately that’s how it is. That’s why I love going out there is seeing what they really offer opposed to what you see online ☺️
I live here and it’s the best community I’ve ever lived at. It’s clean, safe, everyone is nice. They are very picky about who they let move here which is fantastic
CAN I JUST SAY!!! I’m moving from Florida to Vegas and every time I RU-vid an apartment complex I’m curious about you’re there to SAVE MEEEEEE! Thank you for these videos 🫶🏾
Hello, Me and my wife are considering moving to Las Vegas and had pondering on renting or buying. We currently own our home in Saint Louis MO and will be in the area soon. Any tips helpful Thanks!
Hi thank you for watching and sorry for the late reply. I would recommend to rent first that way you get familiar with the area you like and don't like. Plus there is so much homes being built here so you defiantly have a lot of options. My husband is a real estate agent so if you need any advice on that he is the best guy for those answers. But overall I'm happy my videos help with places that are close to the apartments. ☺
I do have to say, with a non open ended kitchen like that, you and your husband can get on each other's nerves very quickly, lol. Yes, I speak from experience. we have a much bigger open ended kitchen now and it is a world of difference. You wouldn't think it matters but it does, gets old very quickly, no matter how nice the rest of the place is.
I wish they would just put all the fees in with the rent and say this is the total cost and it includes this....I think I know where these are, the area isn't bad but I would not want to be doing laundry on my patio , you never know who is around outside watching, I did like these until I saw that. No way, lol
@@carolinelopez91 I noticed something else, as beautiful as our lobby is, the use of it, the resort style pool, etc., I don't have time to really enjoy that fancy lobby you can use for parties, etc. I would rather they make it a bit smaller, maybe take away one or two amenities that no one truly uses and charge less for the rents? I know it won't happen, lol wishful thinking. Thanks for the videos, very helpful
Hi Caroline, if possible, can you show some 3 bedrooms on your tours? We just secured a 3 bedroom at a great place we love but I still like to keep my eye out , you never know and I love what they're doing with these newer places. Ours is new, open since 2020 but some of these fixtures, like the newer showers, I wish we had that. Everything else here is new but they still kept the older, standard tub shower combo, which I hate . Just eh , nothing great about the way it looks yet everything else is fancy. Thanks!
Nice! That gym is the first apt gym I have seen with two levels, love it! Usually, you get 2 treadmills, two bikes and weights...lol no matter what you are paying , This place is pretty nice 👍
These apartments have parking for one car per apartment. And there is absolutely no parking for any other cars you have to park out in front and share the public parking lot which is very limited. And most of the businesses have marked spots for their business. That was a NO for me. The apartments were okay not that special but the parking was a deal-breaker for me.
I stayed in Manly, NSW for two weeks. It was the best time. There was a spot there called Beaches Pizza, awesome place for pizza and wine. I loved crossing the harbor to Sydney. The plane ride was 15 hours, lol. It was tough. Did you eat the vegemite?
@@theoceaninvegas1858 oh I absolutely love manly the beaches are so nice there. No I don’t like vegemite I never did they would feed us in school but I just got used to the taste! Yeh the plane ride is brutal 🤦🏽♀️
Trippy to see KMART, they were everywhere in the states back in the day. Aw, I’m so sorry about your pit. 🥺 I lost my furry soulmate a year ago and it’s so hard not having them around anymore. Sending you all the love.❤❤ Fun seeing your home and family.😊
I really am so sorry. We were inconsolable for a long time when our Cali passed. Now we have Tilly and she keeps us laughing. Won't replace Cali but our hearts just got bigger to love Tilly too. You look JUST LIKE YOUR MOM!!
Ow!!! Hope ur arm gets better!!! Birth control is the worst!!! But so necessary. That dog loved u!! He was so sweet!!❤ Do u ever see u and richard ever moving to Australia?😊
@@evelyngordon7253 thank you ☺️ yes it was painful 😣! Ummm we’ve talked about it and honestly I’ve come accustom to the life in America which I like a bit more than Australia unfortunately so I don’t think we’ll ever move here ☺️
Are you able to start commenting on whether the apartments have elevators please. I’m a wheelchair user and would love to know if I can live in any of the communities you visit.
One of the things I was looking for in anapartment in the fall of 2023 after renting a house for 11 years was a pet friend community not too far from where I work. I needed a two bedroom for me and my son and couldn't find anything in my budget at that time. After looking for at least two months before moving, I decided to buy a townhome. With apartments you have the application fee per person, deposit, income requirements, pet deposit, etc. I don't know if I made the right decision by buying but so far it's working out.
I rented a house in the Southwest part of Las Vegas for 11 years and had to move out in the fall of 2023. After looking at apartments for about two months, I decided to buy a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome because rent was higher at the time for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. When you add in the application fees for each person, the deposit, cleaning fee, pet fee, etc, it adds up. The Breakers sounds familiar and I think I looked into those. I work at Red Rock Casino and needed to be close to a bus line. I'm paying $1,850 for my mortgage and HOA fees which isn't much more than renting. My HOA pays the water, sewer, and trash so I'll take paying a little more to own as opposed to renting.
@@BREEZYM6015 I agree if you can buy I absolutely encourage that, I myself won’t be able to buy since I still need to fix all my credit and debt. But congratulations 🍾 because owning something is so much better ☺️
