Fogo de Chão® (fo-go dèe shown) is an internationally-renowned restaurant from Brazil that allows guests to discover what’s next at every turn. Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, Fogo® elevates the centuries-old culinary art of churrasco - roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame - into a cultural dining experience of discovery. In addition to the Market Table and Feijoada Bar - which includes seasonal salads and soup, fresh vegetables, imported charcuterie and more - guests can enjoy simply-seasoned meats that are butchered, fire-roasted and carved tableside by gaucho chefs. Indulge in dry-aged or premium Wagyu cuts, seafood a la carte, all-day happy hour featuring Brazilian-inspired cocktails, and an award-winning South American wine list, as well as smaller, sharable plates in Bar Fogo. Guests can explore a Southern Brazilian dining experience and unique menu offerings during lunch, dinner or weekend brunch at Fogo.
I had the pleasure of eating at Fogo De Chao in San Antonio recently for my nieces college graduation. I had a wonderful meal but the dish that blew me away was the lamb meatballs. I raise the best lamb that I have ever had and love, Greek, Turkish, Italian and Spanish style meatballs. Yours was the best. Would you share the recipe?
You guys keep sending this ad to my RU-vid but Im a vegetarian. The algorithm really seems to think I want to see this...30 something male with an interest in history and fitness ...left leaning politics... ... But im a vegetarian. No thanks, save your money and hire better marketers.
My son showed and sent me this video , so ofc gotta try it But..... issue with the 5min on each side it was not done... figured out that bake and roast are different Temps Its a work in progress to get it right lololol Thank you for the awesome recipe
I’m so grateful to have these videos online from Fogo de Chão. It’s my favorite restaurant. You cannot beat the lunch buffet and I love love love everything on it though I do find the dragon fruit is tasteless but that’s anywhere. Thank you for the videos.
You are completely lost in measurements! You putting 2 cups of Tapioca starch in the video but writing 4 in the recipe. If the written recipe is followed nothing will come out right.
i don't know any thing about this restaurant or it's food. i just wanted to say somewhere (hopefully the business owners will see) that the i HATE the ad that's playing. i don't even like MEAT like that. i hate it that it plays on all my devices. it achieved the purpose of catching my attention but in a way that's not good for the business. i can not stand this ad but am forced to see it because "ads". just had to put that somewhere.
