Reiter used to be much larger of an area to go ride. Trails used to be much better too. You can blame it all on some dbag forget guys name now. Some loser from omak who tried to make a name legacy for himself as the dnr lands commissioner back in 06. I went to some of the initial public meetings then to try n stop it. But it was futile because they had all ready had thier agendas. They just had the meetings to play lip service. To appease the due process requirements. The dbag was lands commissioner for only one term and disappeared. Back to his 1 percenter ranch back in Eastern wa. Only to be replaced by another dnr lands commissioner loser. Franz. The kept telling us it was gonna be temporarily closed back in 06. For only 6 months that was another lie. It got closed for like 4 years or some shit. "It's gonna be a world class orv park". They said more than once. More like world class joke. When it reopened it was like quarter of the size it once was. They took away all of the lower trails. Everything from when you first drive in all the way up under the valley area with the power lines. Believe that was turned into hiking mtb stuff. The 4x4 guys got their like only lil corner. You guys ended up with a small area on the upper side. Since this was years ago. They aren't keeping tabs anymore on unofficial trails up there. If I was you guys I'd find some of the older trails and take them back. You can tell the new trails because they lack flow and zig zag a lot to try n add miles to them. And they seem to lack any real terrain.
These northbound landings are not the most picturesque but they do highlight the massive Seattle metro area to the south, as in Auburn and Kent. The airport looks much different from when this video was shot, a new north terminal and new south International gateway.
Smoothest landing? Certainly yes. I heard the captain applying power during touchdown resulting in a long flare and reducing fps descent into 10's. Absolutely fantastic work.
That was INSANE SMOOTH! Funny how the spoilers came up what seemed like BEFORE touchdown-wonder if the pilot gave it some hard sidestick to compensate for wind or something
Love flying them-I've taken the JFK flight twice-last time was on a brand new plane! N379HA was delivered from Toulouse 30 days before my flight and put into service 17 days before!
+Derpskey should have qualified that-in the US DOMESTIC market-although AA recently and DL just this week announced complimentary food on long haul flights to Hawaii-they're obviously trying to keep up with HA as I've experienced both DL and AA in the last few years and their service is nothing compared to HA's.
Man you're gonna make me get back into flight sim! I forgot how nice xplane can look. Been doing a lot of fpv lately so haven't been inside to do any simming. May have to pick up v3 🤔 anyways great video!
