At first, i was getting annoyed when it came to cleaning it. I will admit I did curse a lot lol and was like "who tf made this to where I can't take it apart to clean it?" But obviously, I wasn't using the main feature. By connecting it to the wifi and having it cleaned by using the app or putting on the timed cleaning service, I barely have to clean it all the time. I have three cats and all use it and it's barely even dirty inside now. I love this thing. I clean it but it's not even that dirty anymore. Gotta use the app and connect the litter machine to the wifi. I do like checking the app the to see who use the bathroom and how much one of these cats weight and whatnot. This thing is awesome. We might get more stuff off the app. Anyways, if you're looking to get this, buy it. You will not regret but you gotta connect it to the wifi. It'll help you so much. You have no idea.
No need to worry about this, odor control is one of our most proud function. The waste will be keep in the waste box and there is an auto cap to seal the odor inside.

Moronic product. Describing it as a ‘wireless pump’ sounds like it doesn’t need to be plugged in all the time. And if it does have to be plugged it, why is it USB?? Returning
I am writing to express my frustration with the tutorial provided for the cat fountain. I attempted to remove the pump wheel, as shown in the instructions, but it seems impossible to do so. In the process, I accidentally broke a plastic piece of the pump. It is concerning that the tutorial suggests removing a part that cannot be removed. I kindly request a replacement unit due to the damage caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I am genuinely amazed on how many people are so lost with this auto litter box. Mine arrives today and I already got all the necessary instructions and videos to start to use it. I don't know what else are they asking for, maybe a team of Petkit technicians at their home to help them stick the stickers or how to open the litter waste draw to magically find the components that are packed in? SMH....
I jave 2 of these but after 1 year both have problems, one makes loud noises and doesnt pump strongly ( i cleaned it out every piece in the motor) And the other just stops pumping with light suggesting its jot got ebough water but its full. Lovely when it works but disappointment they have issues so early in in life.

So… another update: I literally had to remove ALL screws to replace the supposedly stainless,stickless, leaking pad… decided to add tape to the seams to help w the leakage due to my male cat sprayer… after this, I will request complete refund which they already approved then invest double in the $800 competitor.
HELP! I need to remove the lock from the display without app, only I lost my account and I need to remove the lock to reconnect the litter box to Wi-Fi. How do I remove it with the front buttons?
Our brand new box didn’t come with the spray or mount so they sent us a brand new box. We have Version 1; they sent Version 2. No way to mount spray. 😡
So mine is working while sitting on the charger, but as soon as I take it off it stops and says water level is too low? I’ve checked to verify it’s near the max fill line so water isn’t the issue. It is a new product tho I just got it today. Do I need to leave it on the charger for a few hours to allow it to function wirelessly?
I guess it was too much trouble to have 1 extra page with actual instructions for those who might not have smart phones or don't use computers. They rather have many languages all saying nothing but to scan QR code. Never saw such a bad, stupid so called "user manual".
If you are buying a smart device water fountain, surely you would have a smart device? Bit of silly criticism, but hey, looks like you fit the karen profile.
This is a horrible machine. Be ware. If you rely on this feeder to feed your pet~Family. Be ware. It was off line without warning. I bought my feeder in china and use it china, one day I come back home and found my feeder was off line for no reason. And tried to reconnect it with home internet, it gave me a message telling me my machine is outside of china and it’s been locked. Customer service is all robot and when I call Aftersale service and talking to a real person, I have to shout because I’m going to travelling in two days and my 2 cats will live without food. I asked for a company location so I can bring the machine over, they told me there is no company, no office location! Will you trust this company or your pet with this product? I’ve only bought this machine 5 months ago and they told me to bring the machine back to china to use??!!, I am in china! Machine is in China!
Ever sweet solo worked fot 10 months, excellent, no questions, no problems. But suddenly went to alarm: always blinking blue. 3 times clean, used their filters, 2-3 seconds of work and it's down to alarm. Returned. Purchase a new one. Wireless. Expecting good.
This has to be the most incomplete and stupid video I've ever seen. These waterers are great, but a breeding ground for nasty bacteria if not thoroughly cleaned. I wash the main body and other parts ( not the base) in warm soapy water. I clean the pump by putting it inside a measuring cup of equal parts white vinegar and water. I let the pump run submerged for 20 to 30 minutes. The run it again submerged in clear water. Replace all filters every 3 to 5 days. Also use the brush to clean the pump if necessary but it's important to not let pink or black mold build up in the pump and unit.
