I wish my neck was big enough to be labeled as a pencil neck. It's so scrawny it's literally just the lead in the pencil so maybe I'm just a lead neck.
Also those at home NOT singing well, try some vocal warm ups, and find your natural vocal register. Stick to a few songs within that range to practice with. 30 mins max, then rest. You'll be improving on vocals in no time. Portrait art? Well if you focus more on a blurry outcome, meaning no details or hard lines, just a blurry impression of the persons shape to there mouth eyebrows nose chin ect. You'll be able to detail those rough blurry shapes quite easily, once you've got a rough blurry guideline accomplished. Next choose one specific spot, like a corner of a mouth or an eye shape, try and be aware to be looking at your reference about 35-40 %of your time while painting. Slowly bring that blurry eye shape into detail by copying your reference, no need to examine any overall comparison. We're simply starting to derail now. If you approach the painting this way, in small separate sections... it's not overwhelming and its feels more possible to accomplish the corner of a mouth shape, than a whole face. Drumming? ...😂
Clean bulk is the only good option for me. I wont hurt my stomach with cancer making chemicals that are in processed food. I do healthy but fat bulk. I eat nut cream, nuts, a bit of healthy sweets, dark chocolate, butter, carbs, meat and i also eat much vegetables for health.
@@built_unalike Eggs and dairy are the most convenient options. Ground or filleted pork, turkey, and beef are the base of most of my meals. If I’m on a bulk I will go with higher fat meat and dairy with high calorie dirty sides like mac and cheese or pizza. You can also scatter fruits and vegetables as you like. I just introduce dirty foods because I’ve always had trouble gaining any real weight without hitting that 4000 calorie mark (something that I find impossible on a clean diet with my current schedule)
Sam is a beast his early morning motivational videos helped me out when I thought I wasn't going nowhere the boxing gym was getting training just kept getting harder and harder saw his morning vids and showed me how sometimes you got to don't only bite down on the mouth piece but sometimes you got to chew the mouth piece into pieces

Man fuck this whole bulking thing caloric deficit intermittent fasting clean eating along with strength training and cardio consistently if you do all those things it's impossible not to be in amazing shape
