I dislike negative comments, but this story was predictable and a bit boring. I'm sure it could be spiced up. Plus humans always win. Always. We're so righteously correct and good how can we possibly not win. Humans just might be a terrible plague on the Universe as well.
This was epic! I love how the humans of your Universe are so much stronger than the vast majority of races, and that it even leads to problems in the bedroom. I'd love to hear from this character again maybe he takes his wifes to sol, perhaps not earth due to the gravity Or maybe they can wear some kind of anti-gravity harness still would be nice to see thiss family again
Agreed. Most of the other scifi stories on here don't touch that subject. I mean if a Human is stronger than other races, that Matthew guy probably did some harsh damage to the first alien wife. She probably couldn't walk straight for a week. 😂
Nice, tight little story but not enough info on the war or its end. Was waiting for them to run into a paraplegic in a hover chair especially when they were at the weight area.
Ahh, Humans. An odd species. Capable of both great cruelty or selfless compassion. Mortal and frail yet able to endure great suffering. Foolish and destructive yet buliders and makers of great and beautiful monuments or tiny and intricate marvels. Not strong or fast by many measures, yet able to endure great distances. Born with a sense and appreciation of beauty, they marvel at the world around them and add their own touch with music and song, poetry, paintings and dance. They tame wilderness and beast alike creating park and garden, seeking an always elusive peace.
if john wick told you he'd collect payment afterwards what do you think would happen if you didn't pay on time? pissed about puppy yea but not getting payed for a done job your hosed. it also adds to the power and worth of such killers since they know they'll collect one way or the other no matter what so why worry about upfront?
AI: FYI, nothing is forged in a crucible. A crucible is used for melting metals (and other substances). Things are forged in a forge or more broadly, in a smithy. I think sometimes that AI stands for Almost Intelligent.
Anyone know the story about some small sentients being rescued by a freighter and their toddlers aren't much bigger that mice. While looking to cool off the toddlers go looking for someplace cool because the ship is too hot for them? Also they are afraid of humans, but the head female talks to a doctor who was collecting the overheated babies and was cooling them off. She explained to the head female that they were not going to be eaten and that the humans would die to protect them. Anyone know that story?
Happy to support you BUT you need to edit your stories a bit more professionally and choose a better AI voice - and one with nuance... between now and then I'll listen but not subscribe as other RU-vid competitors are using the same technologies (including writing) more effectively...
