The error is due to analog sensor. It occurs when the analog sensor is broken down or wire break and the red indicator appears in Ai module. In this application temperature sensor broken down.

You're welcome. Unfortunately, I have not worked with this type of HMI. But, the procedure is the same for all type HMI implemented with USB. You can also use the software to provide backup.
I want to ask, can the PLC power supply module turn on/ON when the module is tested separately from the I/O module? What this means is that it was tested with 220v power in separate conditions

Hi sir... superb video. I tried this same practice, upto simulation good. But RT runtime file cant download. It Showing error"Loading will jot be performed because preconditions are not met". There is no way to know the type of HMI which has been used in project. Probably, the version of wincc flexible which has been used in your project is not the same as the installed version. Install another version of wincc flexible. Use VMware software, it's better. Otherwise, send me the project file to analyze.
Hi, Firstly you should check availability of local modules (DI,DO,AI,AO,...) or remote i/o units. Then, you should check some things such as power off, mistake hardware configuration, break down of module(s), network problem (interface modules, connectors, cables, switch).

To Open and Close ACB, spring should be in charge mode. If the ACB have the charing motor, spring is charged in any case; however, spring should be manually charged in absence of charging motor. you can see the status of spring by spring indicator.

Hi The speed reference of drive has been set to AI1 (4-20mA). ABB ACS880 has two Analog Input (AI1 and AI2). It can only use AI1 in "Factory" macro by default. If you want to use other macros or AI2, refer to parameter 96.04 and change it. AI1 is voltage type by default. Refer to P12.15-P12.20 to change it. Moreover, Voltage/Current selection jumpers (J1) for AI1 should be set.
